Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact in the afternoons and evenings? Our second-shift Sales Associates (typically between 2 PM and Midnight) play a key role in keeping the store clean, welcoming, and running smoothly for every customer who stops in.

We're looking for dependable, hard-working team members who are available during these later hours and take pride in doing the not-so-glamorous but important work - like keeping restrooms spotless, picking up trash outside, and making sure every corner of the store is safe and clean. Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed

• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales - ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements

• Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales

• Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including:

  • Deep cleaning high-use restrooms

  • Wiping down and sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets)

  • Picking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area

  • Taking out the trash to the dumpster in all kinds of weather

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full

• Maintain a clean and organized store - sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways

• Willingly cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed

  • Pay Rate: $11/hr

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older if located in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. For all other states, must be 21 years of age or older.
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail. This is a 2nd shift role. Afternoon to evenings (typically between 2 PM and Midnight)
• Willingness: Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
• Personable and Positive: You have a friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome.

The Sales and Service Advisor are essential team members as the face of the shops and the clients main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build long-standing relationships and always provide a 5-star experience. Service Advisors are responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by the company by following the companys store standards and expectations.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner both in person and on the telephone using the Companys standardized customer service techniques.
• Listen to and thoroughly document customers concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customers service needs.
• Recommend services according to appropriate level of knowledge. Clearly communicate any additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer so that they can make an informed decision. Properly document all recommendations in customer file.
• Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements.
• Provide customer with an accurate quote that includes cost and time of completion for the services approved by the customer. Provide customer with updates throughout the day on the status of their services.
• Follow proper procedures when cashing out a customers ticket to include a review of the completed multi-point inspection and explanation of applicable warranties.
• Conduct post repair and declined services follow up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction for all individual customers.
• Track all new returns, core returns and warranty parts for individual customers
• Other duties as assigned

The Sales and Service Advisor should also adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with the Company Standards and Expectations.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
• Possess a valid drivers license, or obtain a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire date
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday- Friday
