Primary Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fire and life safety industry or restaurant industry but is not a must.
Has technical knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment but is not a must.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in dealing with various work environments, including grease or dirty rooftops.
Effective time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail in conducting inspections, preparing reports, and recommending solutions.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
