We're looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join the Town Fair Tire team. We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. PLUS, the eligible Sales Associate GUARANTEED WEEKLY BONUS PAYMENTS during the training and introductory period, totaling up to $1,000! Weekly pay consists of an hourly rate plus commission. Other compensation includes (but is not limited to) weekly individual commission on tire and wheel sales, bonuses based on the store sales. Sales Associates work a five-day workweek from January through mid-October. During the peak months of November and December hours are extended based on increased sales volume. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, closed on Sunday and stores are not open any nights.

What are the main responsibilities?
- Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez' visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondel?z' guidelines for merchandising.
- Ensure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondel?z management team.
- Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated and presentable at all times.
What can you expect from us?
- The base salary range for this position is $31,300 to $54,400; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

Who is a good fit?
