A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay. The Sales Development team's mission is to generate qualified pipeline for the Commercial team and grow the future sellers of LiveRamp. You will:
+ Provide ongoing training and coaching of SDR team members to ensure high-quality calls, e-mails and prospect interactions
+ Ensure that the team is following up on all Marketing Qualified Leads in a timely manner
+ On-board and train new SDR hires with best practices around leveraging lead generation tools including Salesloft, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
+ Ensure SDR team meets its opportunity goals and are hitting their assigned activity metrics and KPIs
+ Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (sales, marketing, operations, etc.)
+ Route information to the appropriate sales professional and ensure all SDRs are providing accurate notes and activity updates on SFDC
+ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product, process, and the market
+ Analyze data to maintain best practices in outbound prospecting, cadences, and touch points.

About you:

+ 2+ years as a BDR/SDR Manager or equivalent role at a SaaS company

The approximate annual base compensation range is $118,000 to $130,500.
