**What You'll Do**

Collaborate with the sales manager, senior sales executives and operations to implement targeted campaigns, vertical growth and category initiatives, and identify strategic account opportunities. **Proposal Development & Sales Enablement**
Collaborate with teams in the proposal development and preparation of compelling sales proposals and presentations that aligns to prospect pain points and the organization's value proposition. Developing and executing business plans and forecasts aimed at achieving defined sales targets, market share, and overall financial goals.
**Industry Engagement & Market Insight**
Participate in industry associations and events with industry leaders and group purchasing executives to generate leads and stay informed on trends and competitive activity. **JOB SUMMARY**
Drives revenue to achieve Hotel's topline goals for each of their represented hotels by proactively soliciting all business segments; to include new business from small business accounts, sourcing new accounts, identifying new targets, and re-soliciting past business leads. **Managing Sales Activities**

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Consistently exceed sales quotas
+ Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations
+ Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
+ Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
+ Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs.
+ Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
+ Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
+ Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
+ Incredibly organized
+ Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions
**Travel Requirement:**
+ 30-40%

**Pay Transparency:**
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
