**Responsibilities**
_Corporate Customer Relationship and contract management._
+ This role will have 2 direct reports and supports a large corporate relationship.
+ Demonstrates deep customer expertise; collaborates with corporate offices to identify the drivers leading to business success.
+ Drive customer initiatives with our internal teams to further the partnership
+ Partner with management and leaders of other teams to contribute to organizational success of customer relationship.
+ Develops an elite team by training and coaching the professional development of account managers.

+ Deliver on commitments made during sales process by operationalizing and owning the terms and conditions of customer agreement to full extent.

+ Own communication between the customer and Cardinal Health ranging from service issues to leading cadence calls.
+ Lead Business Review preparation and delivery, partnering with sales counterpart as appropriate, with focus on delivering insights and generating productive conversations around strategic initiatives/partnership.
+ Responsible for execution to customer agreement, including reporting of performance measurements, identification of savings opportunities, reporting the savings achieved and communicating back to customer; validates MMP and rebate calculations and delivers results.
+ The role will be 40% team leadership / 40% tactical / 20% project/process improvement.
_Issue Resolution/Project Management_
+ Responsible for identifying, quantifying, qualifying, tracking, and evaluating customer pain points and for facilitating, developing, designing, and implementing processes that improve overall customer experience. Act as customer advocate and liaison back into Cardinal Health organization (sales, customer service, implementation, contracts, operations).
+ Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations.
+ Provides appropriate level of customer support on complex customer issues.
+ Manages more involved customer transactions with a focus on project initiatives and quality improvement.
+ Implements, measures, and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols, programs, or deliverables.

_Analytics and Reporting_

**Qualifications**
+ Prior experience in a customer facing role is required.
+ Strong Analytical and Reporting capabilities
+ Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
+ Healthcare knowledge required, preferably with pharmaceutical distribution specifically.
+ Prior Account Manager experience preferred.
+ Prior people leadership experience preferred.
+ Experiencing presenting and working with healthcare leadership preferred.

Transcribe prescription data in preparation for Pharmacist verification.

Answer incoming pharmacy calls with excellent customer service standards and follow up on pending internal or external tasks.
Meet the quantitative and qualitative production standards set by management.
Obtain the patient’s medication list for DUR research.
Submit and review prescription drug insurance claims to be delivered to patients and providers.
Refer to the Patient Assistance Program department in cases where the patient cannot afford deductibles.
Develop relationships and act as a liaison with physicians, patients, infusion centers, manufacturers, and Patient Assistance Programs.
Identify and resolve rejected requests by health plans, including facilitating access to comparable medication regimens; refer to pharmacist in case of potential pharmaceutical alternatives.
Monitor assistance balances for each enrolled patient to ensure funding is available through the completion of therapy (e.g., financial aid).
Communicate medication deductible as applicable.
Maintain continuous communication with the medical office and/or infusion center.
Identify and follow up on refill dates to ensure patients receive medications on time in accordance with the treatment plan.
Other duties: perform or assist with any operation as needed to maintain workflow and meet timelines and quality standards; participate in meetings and working groups prepared by management or colleagues; stay updated on new developments, requirements, and policies.
Escalate any extraordinary situation to the supervisor or manager; availability to attend weekly meetings.

+ Work collaboratively with Commercial Fleet Manager (CFM) to achieve budgeted metrics through the development and execution of dealer level sales plans for maintaining and acquiring FinSimple and Ford Pro product business.
+ Make joint sales calls with Commercial Account Managers to prospective commercial customers to support and grow Ford Pro FinSimple products and services.
+ Work with dealership management teams and develop specific plans to leverage our commercial marketing plans and programs to generate sales opportunities. Effectively utilize sales incentive and promotion budgets to support achievement of objectives with assigned dealers.
+ Leverage performance consulting and utilize all available tools to monitor/review commercial sales, and commercial related dealership processes to identify opportunities, deliver meaningful recommendations and obtain commitment from dealership management to implement.
+ Provide in-dealership training to support dealership process improvement for the sale of commercial products.
+ Conduct presentations as required leveraging the Sales Resource SharePoint Site and other resources to support the achievement of profit, volume, and satisfaction goals.
+ Review of key performance metrics and Time Sales Analysis data with dealer principals and dealership management to review commercial volume, share, portfolio performance
+ Maintain regular communication (as required) with the appropriate Commercial Business Center originations teams. Address any dealer or business center concerns with the CFM and Commercial Business Center management in a timely manner.
+ Keep informed of and understand plans and policies of the Commercial dealers and competitive finance and fleet service companies operating within assigned territory. Be proactive in protecting existing business against a competitive take-over and/or loss of Ford Pro FinSimple income business.
+ Coordinate with Commercial Business Managers (CBMs) on commercial sales opportunities.
+ Develop, monitor, and implement action plans to achieve Commercial Dealer and Commercial Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
+ Complete all assigned training courses. Work towards applicable certifications.
+ Demonstrate corporate citizenship by participating in community events.
