Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth for a specific geographic area. This includes overall responsibility for:

1) Developing and implementing sales strategies for new account prospects, active and inactive client accounts

2) Working with field management to plan, conduct and follow up on sales activities

3) Achieving profit results in assigned areas consistent with predetermined forecasts/ expectations

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Develop account sales plans/approaches with Manager on a minimum of 30 target accounts
  • Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. This may include sales calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, in-office demonstrations, direct mail campaigns, and follow up activity
  • Conduct prospect, active and inactive account sales calls independently and jointly with branch office staff and management as prioritized by Manager
  • Functions as lead and primary sales resource on identified target accounts and is responsible for creating the account plan
  • Partners with branch office and Headquarters staff to enhance/supplement product knowledge needed to close the sale as well as implement the product solution
  • Support driving sales closure to shorten sales cycle and ensure sales goals and objectives are met
  • Analyze prospect requirements and needs to understand how Company products and services can be applied to meet these needs and resolve problems
  • Establish contacts in the business community including active participation in local networking events to increase brand recognition and awareness
  • Record all business and sales activity in Company database as well as complete required activity reports
  • Respond quickly to all customer and prospect inquiries and needs
  • All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous business development experience
  • At least 3 years proven outside direct sales including developing sales strategies, experience with focus in consultative and conducting cold calls, making sales solution-oriented sales approaches. presentations, closing techniques
  • Ability to understand and accurately apply a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline- basic math skills oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Self-motivated with exhibited sense of PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet urgency in all sales and service related activity
  • Ability to travel to various locations (e.g., customer sites, other company offices)
  • Strong leadership skills, initiative and needed creativity with the ability to identify and convey successful techniques
  • Ability to work with other team members as well as independently
  • Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks

Business Development Manager (BDM) FMS will have responsibility for developing new customer business within their assigned sales territory. Qualifications:

Additional Information:

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

Job Description
Business Development Manager (BDM) represents the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. Responsible for creating product acceptance and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities. The BDM provides technical product and procedure expertise as well as competitive product differentiation. Assigned sales goals are obtained through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.
Responsibilities
+ The Business Development Manager leverages resources to accelerate the adoption and sales growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio which includes for BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® Collection of fillers, and Kybella® brands. Synergistically works and coordinates activities with other Allergan Aesthetics cross portfolio partners and support teams. Complies with required reporting, requests, and compliance policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience preferred
+ Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience required with business to business to consumer (B2B2C) sales experience preferred
+ Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare environment. Experience and knowledge of inner workings of a physicians practice
+ Valid driver's license
+ Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Proven record of driving sales execution. Effective consultative support. Strong problem solving and resolution skillset. Ability to develop key strategies and execute.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Strong contract and negotiating skills. Financial and budgetary experience.
+ Ability to travel and be in the field four days a week
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Proficiency on excel, word, power point and other software skills

Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business-to-business account development in our Uniform Division. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota. Sales Representatives will also transport samples of products for presentations. **Job Title: Service Sales Representative**
The primary function of this role is to sell service contracts. The responsibilities of a Service Sales Representative include promoting and selling Fire Sprinkler services and small Fire Sprinkler installation projects or remodels to contractors and end users within an assigned territory and accounts. This employee will establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of new construction and service work by scheduling sales calls, following up with leads, and utilizing marketing strategies. Must be able to build new business associates / relationships and grow the sprinkler service business.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards sales and customer service. It will require travel to potential/existing customer sites.
**Essential Duties / Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the identification, selection, and development of new and existing customer accounts.
+ Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times.
+ Ensure contractual obligations are met and actively participate in quickly resolving customer problems.
+ Quotes to the customers for service and any follow-up impairments.
+ Grow service base by selling commercial service products & solutions to new and existing customers, including: repair service, modernization and service agreements.
+ Work with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond.
+ Perform customer surveys as required/requested.
+ Develop and maintain vendor relations.
+ Obtain all licensing required to perform job function, as applicable.
+ Obtain manufacturers' certifications required to perform job function, as applicable.
+ Complete proper scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by management.
+ Execute all Company processes and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field.
+ Read architectural and mechanical drawings and determine proper sprinkler locations for new construction and remodel projects.
+ Travel to customer and job sites as required.
