  • Coordinate proposal kickoff and debrief meetings, development plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development.
  • Facilitate multi-disciplined groups in brainstorming and developing solutions.
  • Responsible for the proposal outline and cross-functional inputs on scope, executions timeline, cost and price from Engineering, Finance, and Program Management
  • Coordinate management reviews and approvals during proposal development
  • Support the development and submission of winning proposals by working with the RSMs, internal experts and contractors, as required.
  • Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.
  • Create and improve library of reusable components, templates, and processes to reduce response time and improve quality on future bids.
  • Generate reports, presentations and materials to support internal reviews; keep track of submissions and commitments; ensure compliance with the internal approval polices.
Requirements for Consideration:
  • BS in Business / Engineering/ Equivilant years of experience or related field- MBA preferred
  • Sales, Marketing, Finance or Business Development experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are mandatory for clear, professional interactions with customers, engineering, and sales force
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and to coordinate and prepare major contract proposals
  • Strong collaboration and boundary-spanning skills

Our Business Development Representatives (BDR) Team is comprised of over 70 BDRs throughout North America. The team supports over 300 sales reps in several market segments from Small to Medium Businesses up to Enterprise level companies. BDRs are a crucial part of UKG's Marketing and Sales organizations, responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting and lead follow up. **About the Role:**
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory with support from the field sales executives as well as field sales management

**About the Team:**
Our Business Development Representatives play a pivotal role on our Marketing team! Our BDR's are
instrumental in growing our net-new sales pipeline. The primary focus is identifying, developing, and
creating new business opportunities for the Field Sales Executive(s). This is an office based role, working a hybrid schedule.
**About the Role:**
-Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory with support from the field
sales executives as well as field sales management
- Leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue
opportunities thru outbound calling and lead generation
- Utilize knowledge of UKG products and solutions to enhance the client's or prospect's interest of UKG
and communicate the value of our solution(s) to further assist the sales cycle
- Partner with the field sales team to promote UKG 's business initiatives and to enhance the customer
or prospect's knowledge of UKG products, programs, and services
- Employ expert probing skills to expand contacts or define new product requirements within a prospect
and/or customer, while increasing revenue and teaming with field sales
- Maintain expected metrics of outbound calls and targeted emails to increase number of live
conversations per day
- Provide qualified lead information to the field sales organization to assist in account progression or
sales pipeline acceleration.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- One-year professional experience in a BDR/SDR/Sales/Prospecting or customer facing type role or a college degree in sales with 6 months+ BDR/SDR/Sales/Prospecting or customer facing experience
- Strong business development, prospecting, sales and/or marketing background
- Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex
information to varying audiences
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Knowledge of the enterprise software industry, specifically HCM or Workforce Management
- Familiar or certified in a common sales methodology (e.g. Sandler, Holden, AAISP etc.)
- Proficient in using a CRM tool such as Salesforce.com

The pay for this position is $55,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. What You Will Do:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders in the disposable hygiene, aerospace & defense, and industrial markets.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our high-performance honeycomb core products. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth by effectively promoting Innovent's product offerings.
