What you'll do:

As a Membership Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers choose the best car wash options. You'll educate them on the benefits of joining the Unlimited Wash Club, promote monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upsell additional products to existing customers. In addition to these core responsibilities, your workday will also include, but is not limited to:
- Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed goals set by leadership.
- Educate customers on the benefits of each car wash membership, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- Achieve personal sales targets, sign-up goals, and upsell objectives.
- Drive the store team's success in meeting Ultimate Wash Club sign-up goals, directly contributing to membership acquisition and retention.
- Greet customers warmly, guiding them seamlessly through the car wash process.
- Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or membership sales.
- High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or current enrollment.
- Strong customer service skills and de-escalation tactics.
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations professionally, multitask efficiently, and maintain a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
- Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Consistently able to lift 25 lbs., with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
