You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.41 - $8.06 + 13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers 62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. - The ongoing development and deepening of existing client relationships in the selling territory
- Follow and utilize company's sales systems and prospect development processes.
- Identify proper prospect buying influences and correctly identify their site challenges, the reasons they are occurring, and solutions for solving their challenges.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity and revenue objectives
- Participate in the development of your annual sales development plan with management
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with all team members to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the client.
- Build an effective professional network by participating in organizations and events that foster these opportunities and builds referral sources
- Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales related seminars, workshops, and organizations
- Ability to complete and present daily and weekly pipeline reports in a timely manner
- At least three years successful outside sales experience preferred in Industrial/Equipment sales- preferably to petrochemical/refinery environments
- Must understand and utilize consultative selling
- Must be sales and results driven
- Must be able to maintain reports on quotas, prospective customers, and various other data
- Experience working with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Mechanical background a plus
- Effective problem solving skills and experience with prospects and clients
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
- An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization across diverse cultures, and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills

As a Territory Sales Representative for our SPP location in Orlando, FL, you'll be instrumental in shaping customer relationships and driving business success. You'll determine and present the appropriate "sell-in" method to each account, demonstrating how POOLCORP can add value and assist with their purchasing needs. We're looking for an individual who can:
- Create a territory plan that optimizes call routes, maximizes time in the field, and ensures you're delivering a sales plan that meets performance targets.
- Maintain account and customer contact, accurately recording follow-up details in the CRM.
- Take a proactive approach to increasing sales with each account, using a wide array of available communication channels to maximize their purchasing through all of POOLCORP's channels.
- Be responsive to customers' real-time needs.
- Make warm calls on existing and potential customers to grow revenue and increase share of wallet with underpenetrated accounts.
- Deliver professional presentations on products and programs.
- Achieve or exceed shared metrics of daily sales calls.
- Report accurate information on overall results of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities, negotiate sales, overcome objections, and address customer needs.
- Report to the in-market Sales Manager and collaborate with Sales Center and Regional managers to grow the business.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- 1+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a "satisfactory" driving record (no more than 2 violations within 3 years).
- Ability to travel and have occasional overnights (dependent on territory).
- Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- High School Diploma or GED; a two or four-year degree is a plus.
- To be 21 years of age or older to apply.
