**Your Responsibilities**
As a TruGreen Territory Sales Representative, you can use your people skills to help new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, both at people's homes and/or by phone. If you are focused, goal oriented, and have great communication skills, then this is the role for you!

**JOB SUMMARY**
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, chat or in person with pleasant and efficient chat etiquette.
- Provide clear and concise information to help customers resolve issues and answer questions.
- Manage customer frustrations with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers outside of the service center environment.
- Connect with existing and potential customers via phone and in-person meetings to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Spend the majority of time traveling in-market for customer and prospect meetings, trade shows, and industry events, with the remainder dedicated to office-based planning, follow-up, and internal collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service center.
- Provide real-time support by writing orders, managing quotes, and handling phone inquiries.
- Maintain a strong customer-first attitude by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Participate in customer journey management to support pipeline progression and relationship development.
- Report monthly on sales metrics, customer feedback, and marketing trends.
- Gather competitive intelligence and provide strategic input to leadership.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles in CRM and ERP systems.
- Assist in reducing inventory stagnation.

REQUIRED:

This is a commission - base pay position, responsible for selling as an Outside Field Rep through door-to-door activity, lead lists, door hangers, new areas launched by altafiber, and other outside sales programs. The candidate will provide a high level of quality service, excel in needs assessment and consultative selling, and have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by altafiber. The sales rep must be a self-motivator, able to work with minimal supervision, and be able to effectively educate customers about altafiber's Local and Long Distance, High-Speed Internet, and video services.
**Essential Functions**
+ Assess the customer's needs and provide optimal communication solutions and applications from our product and service line that meets their needs
+ Take ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all services and products offered, including bundles and new products and services offered

**Education**
+ Four years of High School or equivalent
