Your Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with their shopping needs, including operating a cash register and handling various payment methods.
Ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing while maintaining high customer service standards.
Achieve individual sales goals such as promoting credit options and loyalty programs.
Maintain inventory accuracy by adhering to merchandise handling procedures.
Help train new team members on customer service best practices and store policies.
Participate in essential daily operations like cash balancing and supply replenishment.

Exercise good judgment and collaborate effectively with supervisors and fellow associates.

Required Skills:

No previous retail experience is necessary; we provide training!
Must be 16 years or older.
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in client-facing roles within retail or service industries.
Pay Range: $17.75 - $25.65
