Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business-to-business account development in our Facility Services Division. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota. Sales Representatives will also transport samples of products for presentations. Cintas provides a thorough sales training program, which includes product knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies.

Pay Ranges
27,669.00 - 58,865.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with title agents in the state of Florida, primarily the Tampa region.
- Utilize sales skills and industry knowledge in order to identify and evaluate key prospects and oversee the title agent application process.
- Handle licensing for new title agencies and for changes with current licensees.
- Create teach and implement seminars for title agents on a variety of topics to include training and education for title agents and their customers.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills technical skills along with relationship building skills are essential.
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
