This position educates the community and the medical profession/referral sources regarding hospice services. This position involves daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, other referral sources, and the community to assure continuity of care and to coordinate appropriate communication and documentation. This position works closely with agency personnel to ensure that patient care is handled efficiently and effectively. The Hospice Liaison is regularly engaged away from the employee’s place of business in performing these duties.

- Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree required in the field of study or proven work experience in a health-related field
- Experience: 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting required, hospice preferred.
- Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

Pay Ranges
27,669.00 - 58,865.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
- Ability to qualify for Certifications and licenses, as required by state and municipal laws, to sell Home Security
- Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate a Smart Phone, iPad and a computer
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather: heat, cold, rain, snow, etc
- Ability to walk 1 or more miles a day and up and down stairs within your residential territory
- Must be able to carry an iPad with case and a light bag with marketing materials for 5 plus hours a day
- Knowledge of local market with established local contacts
- 1+ years of outside/field sales/door-to-door or related experience with quota requirements
- Experience in residential direct sales, home security or telecommunications industry

USD 26,800.00 - 40,200.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of 26,800.00 - 40,200.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of 32,496.00.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. **Job Description**
As a TruGreen Territory Sales Representative, you'll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Equipped with expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to TruGreen's proven Sales Playbook, you'll provide tailored services right at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships.
**What You'll Do -** You will be the face of TruGreen, engaging with homeowners face-to-face, to understand their needs, and delivering custom lawn care solutions that builds trust and satisfaction. Every day is an opportunity to connect, educate, and earn their business.
+ Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes

**Pay Ranges**
27,669.00 - 58,865.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
