**Essential Job Responsibilities**
Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts. Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners. Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training. ?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
+ Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on sales information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)
**Travel Requirements**
No travel required outside of the home site's area.
**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**
1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards. Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
**Education**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
**Training requirements**
+ Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
**Knowledge and skills**
+ Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.
**Technical Skills**
+ General smart device skills.
**Job experience**

**Compensation**
During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.50 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state's minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.

**Compensation:**
Competitive base salary depending on level of experience, combined with uncapped variable compensation, enables many in our sales organization to exceed the upper end of our target compensation. **About The Role:**
This role is ideal for a **true sales hunter** who loves the thrill of the chase, excels at creating new connections, and is driven by results.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Expert at prospecting and developing new customers while meeting assigned sales targets.
This position is part of Videojet's North America Commercial Organization and will be remote. The ideal candidate will be located in the Greater Stockton, CA metro area. In this remote role supporting the **Greater Stockton, CA** area traveling 20-40%, you'll be the face of an industry leader-building relationships, hunting and uncovering new opportunities, and delivering smart solutions that help our customers keep the world's goods safe, clean, and moving.

Vector Marketing is running interviews for sales rep positions, start work within the week! Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American made Cutco products, and placing any orders. Reps are paid weekly by base or commission (whichever is higher) – $25.00 base-appt (not based on sales or results) . There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week

We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods isn’t needed. We provide all of the training needed for success.

Position Details:

  • Solid training – We’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, & communication skills they build are needed for any field.
  • Flexible scheduling – We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work part time, while others choose to earn extra income around other commitments such as classes, full time jobs, vacations, or family obligations.
  • Choice of location – Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.
  • Opportunity for Advancement – Reps are able to move into management and other advanced positions, even if they work part time.
