In the role of **Territory Sales Representative** , you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships to increase market share and promote our portfolio within your territory. Your role involves developing relationships with store managers and other decision makers and driving sales to meet company objectives. **What You'll Be Brewing:**
+ Build a positive rapport with retail customers within a defined territory; understand the opportunities, customer issues, challenges and be responsive in answering questions and provide adequate responses in a timely and professional manner.
+ Within assigned territory, execute the sales plan through expanded SKU distribution, improved or increased shelf space, displays and the placement of brand collateral at retail.
+ Execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as defined within the assigned territory, including efficient execution of existing and new promotional events and calendars. Ensure that all key strategies and objectives are executed as designed.
+ Submit regular recaps outlining objectives, results, barriers and opportunities. Participate in sales/business meetings and presentations.
+ Stay abreast of product knowledge on all new and existing product lines while understanding products offered by competitors in the marketplace.

+ You have a Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ years experience in sales or management, preferably in the non-alcoholic beverage space, consumer products, or working directly with a beverage / consumer products industry

The Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative solicits truck sales business within assigned territory, customarily and regularly in-person and away from the assigned work location.

Responsibilities:
+ Self-generate prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
+ Maintain relationships within assigned territory and make personal sales calls at a customer's location to maximize sales success, at least three (3) full business days a week.
+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by regularly spending time outside of the office making sales calls and following up on generated quotes.
+ Make a minimum of 3 in person sales visits OR 20 outbound sales phone calls per day properly documented in CRM.
+ Utilize Microsoft CRM for proper managing of accounts and contacts. All communications and business interactions must be documented weekly and with specific detail in CRM. Specific detail includes: all sales calls made to customers, appointments, follow-ups, quotes and any other business conducted.
+ Maintain current knowledge of truck specifications.
+ Proper completion of all paperwork associated with a truck sales transaction.
+ Obtain Sales Manager's approval on all truck deals.
+ Coordinate service work such as PDI, miscellaneous add ons and/or repairs with the service department. Purchase Order with an authorized signature is required before the truck is sent to service.
+ Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance Departments, providing accurate information and paperwork to assist in obtaining customer financing and insurances.
+ Promote and support our "One Team" vision. Sell all services offered: Parts, Service, Body Shop, Used Truck Warranties, RushCare Contract Maintenance, and RushCare telematics. Take the initiative to identify the customers' overall business needs and not just their transportation needs.
+ Within 6 months sell minimum of 6 units (1 per month), obtain 50 approved accounts in CRM, and have a minimum of 1 finance contract, 1 Used Truck Warranty, 1 RushCare contract maintenance contract, and 1 RushCare telematics contract.
+ Meet Account Management, Productivity and Performance requirements as outlines in the Used Truck Personnel System and Standardization Framework.
+ Complete all required training as outlined in the Used Truck Personnel System and Standardization Framework.
+ Conduct business ethically and professionally, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
+ Maintain a safe work environment by observing safety procedures and by requiring that all staff follow the required safety rules and regulations.
+ Maintain work area in an orderly fashion, including vehicle.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities Required:
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable according to Rush insurance requirements.

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative. Responsibilities include providing route service to a set customer base, through the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies and other ancillary products. Daily duties involve lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, as well as occasionally driving a company-owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day. The vast majority of RSSRs work 4 days per week and no weekends.
**Skills/Qualifications**
Required
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
+ Have an active driver's license
+ Be at least 21 years of age
+ Obtain a DOT medical certification
+ Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
