**Your role and responsibilities**
IBM Expert Labs has 2,500+ services experts available globally that provide the specialized skills and expertise our clients need to achieve the highest return on their investment in IBM Data & AI, Automation and AI Apps software. We are looking to hire a Services Sales Professional that is passionate about helping clients, driving outcomes, and meeting sales targets. In addition to building strong client relationships, you will be responsible for services sales signings (ACV), revenue, and gross profit.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve services signings, revenue and GP targets quarterly and annually.
· Create, manage and prospect sales pipeline to achieve assigned territory quota.
· Accurately forecast your sales pipeline on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
· Generate new signings by building client relationships, teaming with software and BP sellers to attach services to software deals.
· Scope, validate and win services deals, leverage team of enterprise architects, technical principals, proposal leaders, and delivery consultants.
· Prepare and present services configurations and pricing for the solution, negotiate the terms, conditions and pricing.
· Know and systematically manage the steps to closure.
· Lead post-signature activities for contract integration, change management, governance activities, up sells and renegotiations.
· Once the deal is signed, work closely with the service delivery manager to transition to perform by ensuring the scope and expectations are understood, ensuring project success.
· Following closure, you will be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship to upsell future services to generate new pipeline.

The Sales Specialist reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
The Senior Living Sales Specialist is a dynamic sales professional responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth across multiple senior living communities. This floating role is designed to temporarily assume the duties of a Community Sales Director during periods of vacancy, transition, or strategic support needs. The Sales Specialist acts as a trusted advisor, driving move-ins, managing the full sales cycle, and training or supporting on-site teams to execute proven sales processes.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the acting Community Engagement Director during leadership vacancies or transitions, ensuring continuity in sales performance and team engagement.
- Conduct all aspects of the sales process, including inquiry handling, tours, follow-up, and closing-always with empathy and urgency. This includes meeting the minimum weekly follow up standards for Phoenix Senior Living.
- Maintain and grow occupancy by developing meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
- Completing External Business Development and maintaining relationships with referral sources
- Embody and promote Phoenix Senior Living's core values-Empower, Purposeful, Innovation, and Collaboration-in all interactions and decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Higher Education Sales and/or Marketing Experience in correlated HSS disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of Higher Education Publishing experience.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with sales management, sales representatives, editors and marketing managers.
- Experience strategizing on complicated opportunities.
- Presentation Skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000/year
Physical Requirements:
Requires periods of close concentration. Must be able to multi-task, must be able to walk up to 2 miles a day on campus, must be able to sit/stand for long periods at conventions, and must be able to concentrate in noisy/busy environment, and must be able to travel, including ability to drive for periods from 2 to 5 hours, depending upon the territory involved. A valid driver's license is required with daily travel within territory and frequent overnight trips. Attendance at national sales meetings and regional meetings is required (5 or more days). During the fall and spring selling seasons it is necessary to work more than 40 hours per week. During these seasons it is necessary to spend all day on campus and then complete paperwork, sampling, and expense reports in the evening.
This role covers territories in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and Mississippi. Candidates who reside in Atlanta, or are close to major airports in Florida preferred.

Essential Functions
Customer Experience
- Greeting Customers: Welcome each customer with a smile and a warm, genuine greeting as they enter the store.
- First Impressions: Create a memorable first impression by showcasing an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code guidelines.
- Store Standards: Keep the store looking clean, organized, and inviting by meeting cleanliness and visual standards.
- Product Information: Stay informed about our products to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- Fitting Room Service: Offer attentive service in the fitting rooms, ensuring timely follow-up, maintaining cleanliness, and encouraging additional sales.
- Cash Wrap Efficiency: Deliver quick, friendly service at the cash register, promote Gift Cards, and ensure the area is tidy.
