**Summary**
The Director, Sales Planning & Strategy leads WIFI's Sales Planning function to deliver exceptional Order Fill Rates and Forecast Accuracy, directly driving enterprise-wide Customer Service Index (CSI) performance. As a strategic change agent, this role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Whole Bird Analytics, and Category Management to elevate planning excellence through the S&OP process. This leader also manages Joint Business Planning with key customers, shapes responses to RFPs, and fosters a culture of disciplined commercial execution.
The salary range for this position is $143,000 - $215,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Develop, implement, and continuously optimize systems, data tools, and processes that support planning across all WIFI channels and customers.
+ Oversee the annual Customer Planning process-ensuring consistency, data integrity, and timely delivery.
+ Monitor customer-level performance metrics and translate insights into actionable planning.
+ Build scenario models to evaluate demand shifts, promotional tactics, and new item introduction impacts on forecast and fill rates.
+ Define channel-specific strategies informed by market dynamics and emerging trends.
+ Drive Joint Business Planning with key customers to align objectives, innovation, and execution plans.
+ Serve as the primary Sales Planning liaison for Field Sales-ensuring field insights are integrated into enterprise planning.
+ Partner with Retail Commercial Strategy and Business Planning and Whole Bird Analytics to ensure alignment to strategy and executional consistency.
+ Contribute to the development and launch of Sales Playbook materials alongside Marketing.
+ Contribute to the WIFI Leadership Team by driving vision, operational rhythms, and a high-performance culture.
+ Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve planning capability and customer execution.
+ Manage information workflows between commercial leadership and Field Sales to ensure fluid exchange and execution support.
**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Our ideal candidate will have:

Overview:
The Manager, Sales Planning & Administration supports the U.S. Television and New Media sales team and will be responsible for AVOD, FAST, SVOD and Production deal management. The Manager will also be responsible for Canada Slate deal management, license fee calculations and analysis, and maintaining the Canada Availability Grid. This position will be reporting to the Senior Director, Domestic Sales Planning & Administration.
Responsibilities
+ Extensive data analysis using Excel is required, as well as product research on various websites and other internal applications.
+ Deal Management - Review and interpret complex licenses by maintaining deals terms in SAFE (Centralized content rights and deal data system) inclusive of Canada Slate Output, network window, library, first run series, and production deals.
+ Verify and calculate contractual terms to distribute client notices which encompass Avail Date Confirmations, Interruption Notices, License Fee Calculations, Digital Co-Exclusive - Fee Reductions, and Additional Season Options.
+ Team lead for series payment schedules and digital non-standard license fee calculations (tier increases, co-exclusive reductions, etc.).
+ Communicate and collaborate with Domestic Sales Strategy, Sales Administration Management, Legal, Finance and Accounting, and Distribution Services to obtain the necessary information to ensure that all deals are processed accurately and appropriate documentation has been received to meet internal deadlines and contract obligations.
+ Canada Availability Grid - Monitor new release dates for theatrical films, DVD releases and acquisitions using internal and external reports, update SAFE with license deal terms, manage initial start dates for output deals, coordinate changes with digital platform team, produce and distribute weekly report.
+ Generate reports to help manage product (run-of- series titles, season requirements, production deals, NQFs) and contract terms (ROFN) which initiate conversations with Sales regarding revenue opportunities.

Basic Requirements

**Description**
As the Manager, Demand & Sales Planning, you will be responsible for overseeing SKU-level demand planning and financial estimate planning across multiple brands and categories for the Amazon business across our brands on the platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, advocate for the brand and platform needs effectively, and contribute to the day-to-day management and reporting of operational metrics. You will work closely with the Retailer Supply Chain & Operations team and the cross-functional partners (internally and externally) to ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory planning, order management, and fulfillment activities for the Amazon account.
+ Lead and execute high-fidelity SKU-level demand planning activities to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory optimization for multiple brands and categories.
+ Develop and manage financial estimates for brands and categories within the ecommerce account, aligning with business objectives and financial targets.
+ Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners including brand managers, regional teams, and functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies and operational plans.
+ Effectively advocate for your ecommerce account, engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive consensus and successful outcomes.
+ Support in the day-to-day management and reporting of operational metrics, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations and identifying areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**

**Pay Range:**

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field
+ 510 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, with a strong focus on incentive compensation, call planning, or territory alignment
+ Advanced proficiency in SAS, including the ability to program, debug, and execute complex processes
+ Solid knowledge of Excel/VBA; proficiency in SQL and Tableau is a strong plus
+ Understanding of incentive compensation operations including goal setting and payout structures
+ Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales data used in incentive compensation programs

**Summary**
Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2026! Our **Sales Planning Team** is offering students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over a 10-12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Customer Marketing, Business Planning, consumer packaged goods and food production.

This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.
**What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities**
+ Working with a summer mentor learning different aspects of how Commerical Strategy and Business Planning works while getting hands-on, real world work experience.
+ Business areas include but are not limited to: Sales Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Sales, Product Marketing and Finance
+ Complete a project that will utilize the skills learned during the internship. Provide weekly project updates to manager. Present final project at the end of internship
+ Understand Business Planning functions (i.e. customer planning, assortment, pricing strategies, promotional activities, etc.)
+ Understand the Sales Process and the relationship between retailers and CPG manufacturers
+ Gain basic understanding of shipment and consumption data, using Circana and Power BI Tools
+ Understanding of customer profitability analysis and program financials
**Minimum Education**
+ This position is open to graduate and undergraduate students.
+ Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Sales, Marketing, Business Degree or related majors preferred.
+ Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.
**Experience Requirements**
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new tools and software
+ Have strong communication skills, including written and verbal
+ Must be able to work independently or in teams
**Experience Preferred**
+ 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
+ Completed at least 2 college-level Sales and Marketing Classes
+ Student extra-curricular experiences
**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
+ Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
+ May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
+ May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
+ Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
