Basic Purpose:

Responsible for supporting sales efforts of Associate and Strategy Specialists for the firm's high net worth sales team. This includes assisting with analysis requests, facilitating the onboarding of new accounts for clients, providing client service support, and assisting the team in requests that come through the group telephone line.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Run transition and hypothetical analyses for use with financial advisors selling Eaton Vance products.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients into the various investment vehicles the team covers (separately managed accounts, option overlay programs and private placements). This includes helping clients fill out paperwork and having a working knowledge on trusts and different types of entities.
  • Update and maintain SalesPage (CRM) as needed.
  • Master proprietary software applications to be able to pull data for ongoing client servicing.
  • Assist with daily WSG team activity, including being reactive to telephone and email inquiries from financial advisors.
  • Assist the team with business development (i.e. territory campaigns for ongoing pipeline and new opportunities).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of sales and/or leadership experience or FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
  • Obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 as required.
  • Strong communication, sales ability, and presentation skills.
  • Must be extremely motivated and have demonstrated sales success.
  • Must be very comfortable with technology.

What you´ll do
+ Streamline workflows to drive collaboration and generate efficiencies for global key account management team

**What makes you a good fit**

**Some perks of joining Henkel**
The salary for this role is $92,000.00- $116,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

Responsibilities Position Overview The Sales Planning Analyst will support the Sales Planning Manager with planning sales growth and trade promotion management against revenue and profit objectives for Post Refrigerated Retail Business. This role will coordinate sales volume, trade promotion planning and evaluation with the Trade and Retail Sales team. The role requires a person who is detail-oriented with the ability to think creatively to develop new processes and efficiencies. Accountabilities Assist in administration of strategic sales and trade plans for Retail Sales Team. Collaborate with the Sales and internal partners on administering the 4P's (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) process focusing on pricing and promotional evaluation. Support customer specific programs that align with brand objectives to drive retail activities in support of the company's growth and profit objectives through the planning process. Review and translate analytical data into actionable tactics to support Retail Business Development. Enhance reporting tools to assist in reporting, specifically in sales tracking and other daily imperatives. Manage databases relating to customer specific expenses, promotional results and sales reports with a focus on database integrity. Administer reporting on business initiatives with Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning departments. Tactical support for strategic development of sales business plans to deliver customer specific objectives. Provide analytics to track and monitor the ROI of all investments. Prepare relevant correspondence to internal and external customers to deliver high level customer service. Assist analytics for pre and post promotional analysis. Manage the Sample Process Relationship with 3rd Party Vendors. Distribute information and advice to field teams on promotional activities. Identify business opportunities based on customer and product group data analytics. Identify and provide strategic solutions to key areas of improvement within our promotion management systems to ensure consistency and improved business practices. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field. 1-3 years' experience in Sales, Finance, Audit, or Trade Marketing. Understanding and experience with sales orders and sales promotions. Experience with Oracle EBS preferred. Demantra Predictive Trade Planning experience preferred. Previous experience in a CPG Organization is a plus.

Job Overview:

As the Sales Analyst supporting the KDP DSD Business, you will directly support a Sales Director and his team of National Account executives for ABSCO. You will be accountable for partnering with the Sales Leadership team to mine data and develop insights that will enable the sales team to develop plans necessary to meet the organization’s revenue growth deliverables. This will require both exceptional analytical skills and strong collaboration with other functions including RGM, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance.

What you will do:

  • Business analytics across DSD Portfolio

  • Utilize various data sources (IRI, EYC, Margin Miner) to understand critical business metrics and derive actionable insights to support delivery of sales objectives

  • Create and manage day to day business reporting across the National Grocery DSD Team

  • Customer Business Development

  • Support the development of annual sales plans based on category trends and overall portfolio performance in partnership with National Account Executives

  • Lead forecasting analytics and provide recommendations for adjustments based on weekly attainments

  • General Administration

  • Provide administrative support for Account Management team within trade tracking software (POP, Vistex)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3 years of experience and a minimum 2 years of experience, in sales, category, business analytics or related field.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy while proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and syndicated data systems (Nielsen, IRI).

  • Ability to complete projects and organize work independently.

  • Experience developing business recommendations that contribute to maximizing sales plans and customer support.

  • Demonstrated success in sales, category management and/or analytics supporting key accounts.

  • Strong motivation with a passion for Data Management and Document Control.
