Basic Purpose Responsible for supporting sales efforts of Associate and Strategy Specialists for the firm’s high net worth sales team. This includes assisting with analysis requests, facilitating the onboarding of new accounts for clients, providing client service support, and assisting the team in requests that come through the group telephone line. Primary Responsibilities Run transition and hypothetical analyses for use with financial advisors selling Eaton Vance products. Assist in onboarding new clients into the various investment vehicles the team covers (separately managed accounts, option overlay programs and private placements). This includes helping clients fill out paperwork and having a working knowledge on trusts and different types of entities. Update and maintain SalesPage (CRM) as needed. Master proprietary software applications to be able to pull data for ongoing client servicing. Assist with daily WSG team activity, including being reactive to telephone and email inquiries from financial advisors. Assist the team with business development (i.e. territory campaigns for ongoing pipeline and new opportunities). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum one year of sales and/or leadership experience or FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses. Obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 as required. Strong communication, sales ability, and presentation skills. Must be extremely motivated and have demonstrated sales success. Must be very comfortable with technology. Team player, shows initiative/resourcefulness, actively seeks opportunities to make a contribution. Sales Planning Analyst Job Summary:

TheSales Planning Analyst is responsible for assisting Pompeian Strategic Growth Channels Sales team with operational project development, customer presentation needs, forecasting and reporting, and sales project & analytical needs. Priority focus on Sams Club, BJs, eCommerce, Whole Foods, and Value. The position is based in Baltimore, MD with a 2/3-day hybrid in office. Sales Planning Analyst Requirements:

  • BS in Food Science, Marketing or Business Administration required
  • Knowledge of the CPG industry and customer landscape with 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Analytical and technological expertise to support delivery of actionable insights and strategic recommendations using various data sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Sales Planning Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior National Account Managers to support sales strategies that will grow Pompeian distribution, volume & market share
  • Assist in Club, Value, Club eCommerce, and Natural Specialty cross-functional project coordination; Lead bi-weekly/monthly calls, including leading agendas, communication, and follow-ups
  • Lead Monthly Club Channel retail reporting, including pricing updates and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with Senior National Account Managers & Supporting Partner Agencies to spearhead monthly project and presentation needs, working cross functionally to secure the necessary content on all accounts
  • Support and manage needs in Trade Promotion System on retails, forecast, promotional planning, analysis and communications
  • Engages with Sales Support and Marketing teams to provide retailer feedback & perspective to guide brand strategy, product development, and production capabilities/needs
  • Support growth-oriented annual business planning ideation, including internal presentations and meetings
  • Work closely with Senior National Account Managers, Finance, and Marketing teams to develop and execute product promotional calendars and trade investment strategies that drive profitable sales, volume, and share
  • Evaluate trade campaign investments to provide post-promotional analysis and recommendations on adjusting or re-planning to deliver trade efficiencies
  • Continuous analysis of customer data resources, working closely with Senior NAMs and Pompeian Category Insights team to recommend actions aimed at strengthening the positioning of Pompeian brand
  • Conduct retail visits, bringing forth ideas and opportunities to the cross-functional teams
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Pompeian brand and the Pompeian Difference; Properly communicate Pompeian standards, objectives, and policies to brokers in a professional image of the company while promoting the ideals and values of the Pompeian organization
  • Champion opportunities and demonstrate an inner drive & passion to deliver long term, sustainable growth for Pompeian

**Preferred qualifications**

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD 137,600 - 222,600 per year.

-Zone B: 140,900 - 283,300

The Sales Planning Associate Director leads the Sales Planning organization and is responsible for developing and deploying a cross-channel category strategy and business plan for multiple Categories and/or Brands within assigned Business Unit. They work with Business Unit General Manager, VP of Sales for Division and Business Unit cross-functional leadership team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan. We are actively seeking to fill 2 Sales Planning Associate Director roles.
**In this role, you will:**
+ **Engage our People as Business Owners** : Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Actively manages staffing needs and succession planning for team. Has track record for development of direct reports. 40%
+ **Drive the Business:** Owns cross-channel Strategy and Business Plan for Categories/Brands within assigned Business Unit. Representative on appropriate leadership teams; brings cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective. 30%
+ **Category Planning and Strategy Development:** Recommends integrated customer plans and owns cross-category business plan release. Works with 3D team to influence development of 18 month plan. Partners with Customer teams and senior Sales and Marketing leaders to define Category vision, strategies, resources and priorities. Integrates knowledge of Clorox objectives, Customer strategies and consumer/shopper insights. Ensures development of annual category business plans that integrate decide, desire and delight to drive growth. 20%
+ **Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste:** Ensures team has knowledge and tools to drive growth. Facilitates connection between Customer team, cross-functional resources and category counterparts. 10%
