Safety-Kleen  in Springdale, AR, is seeking a Sales and Service  Route Driver -Class B Route Driver . This role will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services in a defined route.

  • May visit 10-12 customer sites per day
  • Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions
  • Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks
  • Up-sell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field
  • Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing type businesses
  • Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups in a timely manner
  • Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
  • Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
  • Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Class B CDL
  • Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements  
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
  • Per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL

Our Senior Manager, Medicare Sales motivates and drives a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents who sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting. Our teams also sell Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription plans, and more.

This role is field based and you will be out and about in the field in the Oklahoma City and Arkansas area working with your team and meeting members face to face. This role does cover the Oklahoma and Arkansas territories so you must reside within the territory or be willing to relocate to the area.

In this field position, you will; coach, mentor, educate, motivate, train, and discipline a team of sales individuals. The Senior Manager, Medicare Sales must have a solid understanding of the market they serve, how to resolve operational problems and provide creative solutions to increase sales while following CMS guidelines. This role also involves cultivating, maintaining, and building relationships with Humana’s customers, both internal and external business partners, along with the community we serve through telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions with individuals and groups. Other responsibilities include developing marketing budgets, looking for branding opportunities and guiding a large contingent of independent/contracted agents.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in the assigned territory of Oklahoma City (preferred location) or AR area or be willing to relocate. This is a field based position where you will be working with your team and meeting members face to face.
  • Active Health Insurance license
  • 6 or more years of experience working in the insurance industry
  • 2 or more years of sales leadership experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills  
  • Prior experience working with laptop computers, cell phones and the ability to navigate mobile apps. This also includes knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences 
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits 
  • Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Oklahoma City, OK/AR area

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or work level equivalent
  • Prior experience working in Medicare and the health solutions industry
  • Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities and volunteerism 
  • Project management background or certification a plus
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance
