We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to maintain, manage, and enhance our Salesforce.com implementation and related applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, development, integration, and data migration while ensuring seamless interoperability with our business applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration & Support:
Manage and maintain Salesforce.com, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Administer a user base of 300+ employees, handling profiles, roles, object customizations, fields, record types, and page layouts.
Implement and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Salesforce Development & Customization:
Develop and maintain Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Test Methods, Visualforce Pages, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Flow automation.
Design and implement Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and third-party applications.

Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader.
Ability to troubleshoot and test Salesforce customizations and integrations.
