This role will initially focus on two tasks: (1) Work a backlog of security fixes and enhancements. This is several months of work including both developmental and declarative work. (2) Complete development of a ServiceNow integration The individual will report to the Salesforce / CRM Application Manager, and be responsible for development and support of Salesforce solutions. The individual will be responsible for the maintenance, problem resolution, enhancements, and extensions of functionality for new and existing Salesforce applications. The individual will work directly with client managers and individual contributors to assess their applications needs, propose solutions and will oversee the building, testing, and implementation of approved efforts. The individual will manage and track service requests and incident resolutions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring the quality of design, programming, and testing. The individual will collaborate with peers and management in the development of processes for quality application support.
