THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Salesforce Developer with OmniStudio experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications using the OmniStudio toolset to enhance bank operations leveraging the Salesforce FSC platform. You will work closely with our business transformation team and project leaders to ensure that our Salesforce solutions meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Design and develop custom applications using OmniStudio components such as Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and Vlocity Actions.
  • Perform complex Salesforce configuration and customizations including Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, REST, SOAP (JSON and XML), and LWC components.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to finalize integration architecture.
  • Implement platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) as necessary.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers on the team.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and deployment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, LWC, Lightning components, Apex Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, and APIs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with OmniStudio components.
  • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

*Description: *Technical Specialist Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to:

* Independently build and unit test components as well as work with Dev/QA team members to resolve code and configuration-based defects. Lead a dev team and provide guidance/mentor as needed.
* Lead Proof of concepts with the architects to evaluate and document new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*

* Demonstrate proficiency in Core Salesforce capabilities such as: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security.
* Participate in enhancements to DevOps processes (pipelines, monitoring, test automation).
* Understanding of enterprise cross-system integration concepts such as processing events and interacting with APIs.
* Conduct product/solution evaluations - including Salesforce capabilities and third-party vendor offerings - for domain by creating prototypes/Proof of concepts as a means to elicit clarify and design towards the business goals.
*Basic Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's Degree
* Min 4 years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications which includes Salesforce.com full-stack development experience.
* Min 2-3 years in a scrum team environment
* Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are primary to the success of this candidate.
* SFDC Data Model knowledge across various cloud/products & strong data modeling experience.
* Subject matter expertise in branching/code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repository.
*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Salesforce Certifications such as, but not limited to: Administrator, Platform Developer (1 and 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
* Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrade experience highly preferred
* Experience with Salesforce CI/CD(Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc)
* Experience with other salesforce products like MuleSoft, Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus
* Google Cloud knowledge preferred

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Salesforce environment, users, configuration, customization, and implementation of custom applications.

Duties may include:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Develop custom solutions and interfaces using the Salesforce platform
  • Experience working in Flows, LWC,Aura and Apex
  • Review, implement and propagate Salesforce Best Practices.

Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other technical degree or in the alternative a combination of education, certifications and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.

Experience:

  • 2+ year of Salesforce Developer Experience
  • Experience in working with CD/CI DevOps tools( BitBuket, Jenkins).

  • Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Experience
  • Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
  • SOQL or other Database Query Language proficiency
  • Work on outbound and inbound integrations from/to Salesforce
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, understand business requirements, and provide workable solutions to our customers
