ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews all sanitation audits and local health department audits monthly to ensure progress and execution and takes corrective action as needed.
Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary facility by conducting regular inspections of Levy areas to insure cleanliness and health code standards are met, i.e. soap dispensers, hand towels, cleaning supplies, nail brushes, etc.
Ensures all staff is following health and sanitation standards set forth by Levy and the local health department.

This position is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.
**Essential Functions**
+ Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility

+ Responsible for the running and leadership of the shift in the absence of the Supervisor

+ While disciplinary authority is not given to this position, it is expected that the Lead will report performance issues to the Supervisor

**Responsibilities**
+ Provides leadership and direction to team members
+ Provides open communication between field employees and management
+ Provides positive coaching to team members
+ Assists with the training of housekeeping staff and schedules work assignments

+ Takes care of keys and access cards for the property
+ Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items

+ Works with Area Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work.
+ Coordinates scheduling of cleaning crew.
+ Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
+ Provides training to all new hires assigned to the building
+ Attends and participates in all meeting and training sessions involving assigned property and crew.
+ Completes time sheets, validates time sheet accuracy and delivers time sheets to office.
+ Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
+ Completes order forms completely and accurately.
+ Coordinates equipment usage and inventories.
+ Performs all tasks and duties required of your team

**Qualifications**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

**Job Description**
As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will focus on food sanitation processes, including continuous improvement plans, training, retaining, and sanitation procedures. You will be responsible for directing all activities necessary for cleaning and sanitizing the production, packaging, dry and cold storage areas, and all production equipment daily in multiple areas of the facility. You will ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures), HACCP (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), as well as all safety policies and procedures, and any other established policies and requirements necessary.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the Industrial Hygiene crew to meet standards of all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Lead and train the team in proper procedures.
+ Organize the team to maximize efficiency and keep personnel on task, while being aware of time restraints.
+ Schedule and direct the industrial hygiene team on weekends for sanitation/janitorial duties.
+ Perform daily inspections of the manufacturing facility and report irregularities to the Sanitation Manager.
+ Coach team members on areas of improvement and hold them accountable if needed.
+ Ensure the plant is cleaned daily and ready to start production on time.
