**Responsibilities**
Assess injuries and manage comprehensive treatment programs to prevent injury and rehabilitate collegiate and professional athletes.
+ Provide services within an integrated healthcare model. Collaborate with sports medicine physicians, sports psychologists, sports dieticians, and strength and conditioning coaches.
+ Design and implement comprehensive training, conditioning, or rehabilitation programs to prevent injury and illness among athletes.
+ Evaluate and manage injuries. Maintain medical documentation on each athlete and acts as a liaison between the physician and the athlete.
+ Prepare athletes for practice or competition based on team schedules, applicable regulations and guidelines, and in conjunction with physician and sports performance staff.
**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
+ Certified Athletic Trainer obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Job Description
The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu
+ Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions
+ Understand what is inclusive of a meal
+ Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner
+ Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures
+ Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives
+ Timely preparation of a variety of food items, beverages, and
+ Add garnishments to ensure customer happiness and eye appeal
+ Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking and serving equipment
+ Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage
+ Adhere to the uniform policy
+ Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day
+ Supervise the food temperature requirements
+ Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area
+ Scrub and polish counters, clean and sanitize steam tables, and other equipment
+ Follow established procedures and standards for cleanliness, to ensure a balanced and safe environment; duties include sweeping, moping, ware washing
+ Maintain garbage collection site and kitchen floor areas in a neat and sanitary fashion
+ Perform other duties as assigned including other areas in the kitchen
+ This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities
Provide behavioral health counseling services.
- Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
- Administer individual and group therapy. Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
- Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required.
The licensed counselor will provide behavioral health assessment and mental health services to students in a school-based setting.
Due to contracted support by the school district, ample time is built into our counselor's schedule for administrative time, parent outreach, documentation, professional development, etc. 40 hours per week, flexible within school location hours.
Additional Responsibilities for this role:
- Provide students and families with information on needed resources and therapeutic support in the community.
- Consult & collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including behavioral health technicians, school social workers, nurses, prescribers, teachers, team leaders, and other peer counselors to provide a holistic model of care focused on functional outcomes for students and families.
- Work directly with the student, parent, family, and community providers as needed to support active and collaborative care.
- Due to the reimbursement model, services provided are determined by the focus and need of the patient and the diagnostic determination of the licensed counselor.
