**The Leidos Cyber & Analytics Business Area within the National Security Sector is seeking a qualified Senior Capture Manager to lead the pursuit of cyber and related opportunities. The Senior Capture Manager will have the opportunity to drive critical wins in this exciting growth area for the corporation.**
The Senior Capture Manager is responsible for the capture leadership of assigned opportunities in support of the cyber growth strategy. The Senior Capture Manager must thrive in an environment where they are responsible for the management and execution of the full capture life-cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals. The ideal candidate will have previously served as a capture manager with proven experience supporting strategic wins.
Successful candidates will have the ability to: conceptualize a vision for winning; develop a capture strategy that implements the vision; adjust the vision as the procurement unfolds; and manage the capture activities to achieve the vision through final proposal submission.
**Primary Responsibilities include:**
+ Capture execution and maturity for assigned cyber relate opportunities
+ Accountable for data integrity and continuous oversight
+ Detailed capture strategies, to include marketing campaigns to establish, staffing/recruiting strategies, and IR&D and technology investments
+ Cultivate internal and external relationships
**Skill and Experience Requirements**
+ Experience successfully leading cyber related captures
+ Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions.
+ Proven track record in business capture and proposal process for large-scale government programs
+ Demonstrated ability to capture and win opportunities
+ Experience conducting comprehensive market research
+ Demonstrable understanding of all contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ - single or multiple award contracts), as well as payment types (e.g., FFP, T&M, cost plus)
+ Strong interpersonal skills
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Typically requires a BA degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
+ US Citizenship is required.
+ Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred

**Primary Responsibilities**
The Growth VP will lead a team of Account Managers, Business Developers, Strategy and Capture professionals and is responsible for developing and establishing relationships between the customers, strategic partners and across the entire company. Duties include identifying, developing, and implementing near-term and long-term business strategies that drive revenue growth and margin expansion for the company. The individual will lead a team that prepares and submits proposals in pursuit of business in the US and International Defense marketplace. This position requires a deep understanding of the customers across all Intelligence and Defense services from an operations and acquisitions standpoint. The individual may have other business development activities, such as investigating and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, geographic expansions, licensing, partnerships, joint ventures, new business/market opportunities and sustainability to determine if such activities are in line with the organization's overall strategy and vision. The individual is also responsible for the allocation of apportioned resources between existing and new businesses and continuously monitors the market to keep track of competitor developments and their impact on market share.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or STEM related field)
+ 15+ years related Growth experience including leading business development teams
+ Experience with Intelligence Community and U.S. Space Force mission, budgets and acquisition processes
+ Proven experience in developing and growing a large portfolio >$600M, with positive book-to-bill (>1) and sustained year over year growth
+ Expert experience developing and/or executing contract acquisition strategies with federal/defense requirements/PM communities and conducting associated procurements
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively lead large and diverse teams while growing and developing people
+ Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent
+ Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
