FIGS is looking for a Security Systems Administrator to join our growing information technology team's expansion into cybersecurity. This individual will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing security systems that protect FIGS' infrastructure, data, and digital assets.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience across a variety of security technologies and environments, and knows how to effectively balance proactive defense with operational efficiency. In this role, you'll lead critical security initiatives across identity management, threat detection, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and business continuity.
You'll also serve as a key partner to our Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams by collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our security posture is strong, scalable, and resilient. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and confidently navigates both strategic and tactical challenges.
What you'll do:
- Run phishing campaigns, perform or coordinate pentesting with third-parties
- Coordinate with Developers to build software BOM, DAST then SAST in CI/CD
- Coordinate with SREs to set AWS account, logging, standards, monitor for non-compliance
- Configure alerts and coordinate with other teams to respond to alerts from all of the above
- Cyber security incident handler
- Set up reporting and dashboards for incident reporting
- Run post-mortem reports for any security incidents
- Security assessments for onboarding or renewal of SaaS applications
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans, including performing business impact analyses
- 5-7 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on systems engineering, infrastructure, or endpoint protection
- Strong understanding of the threat landscape and modern attack vectors
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and security-related tooling
- Experience administering centralized logging infrastructure (including SIEM and SOAR) and writing alerts for security events
- Proficiency in EDR/XDR, MDM, and DLP solutions
Familiarity with Cloud Security tools such as Netskope or CrowdStrike is a plus - Comfortable scripting in Python and performing queries in MySQL
- Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, GCIH, CISM, CCSK, etc.) are a plus but not required

Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $112,000 and $140,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.

Program provides all launch processing support functions for Office of Space Launch (OSL). The program's two primary operating locations are Vandenberg AFB, CA, and Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. **Department Details:**
Our department is responsible for installing and maintaining Security Systems at all Banner Health facilities which includes Access Control, Video Surveillance, Infant Security, and intrusion/panic alarm systems.
**Must Have/Be Details:**
+ Available for on call service rotation
+ Available for overtime as needed (general hours are M-F 7am -3:30pm)
+ Available to work evenings, nights and weekends as needed
+ Available for travel within the state of Arizona as needed
+ Experience with Lenel Access Control, Avigilon Video Surveillance, and DSC Intrusion preferred

POSITION SUMMARY
This position installs and maintains complex computerized security systems including but not limited to, clustered access systems, alarm panels, and infant abduction hardware/software. This position installs, maintains and troubleshoots any 24-hour four volt system that has been integrated into the security system such as automatic door openers, cameras, emergency call boxes, wireless transmitters and receivers, and fiber optic infrastructure. The position must interface with city and state regulatory officials presenting for approval technical plans for engineered electronic systems.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Maintains project inventory. Orders, receives, and applies critical components for each assigned project. This includes receiving and maintaining hospital signed and approved project documentation.
2. Integrates and installs security devices. This includes maintaining strict structure cabling standards during and after installations. Attention to hospital, state and local codes must be maintained at all times.
3. Repairs of all special systems equipment including technical repairs, system resets, and reconfigurations.
4. Documents all aspects of service calls in computer tracking system. This includes compiling install history and determining the cost effective repair while following written national service standards.
5. Provides instruction to staff in the care and use of special systems equipment and provides specifications for new equipment as needed.
6. Applies technical knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment operations.
7. This position has service responsibility in several department in multiple facilities. Customers are internal and external including physicians, nurses other hospital and HMO personnel, state and multiple city regulatory agencies. This position will be required to travel system wide to effect repairs and implement new installations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a strong knowledge of electronics technology as normally obtained through the completion of an Associate's decree.
Must posses a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy
Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications is required. Requires ability to read and understand CAD drawings, detailed engineered wiring schematics and relay logic. Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, two and four wire RS485, RS232, Network, Fiber, and Lon Work communications, CSID dialing formats, RF signals, passive and active Prox RF transmissions. Requires the ability to produce wiring schematics using OHMS law. Requires effective communication skills, including written and verbal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of the application of installation, engineering, design, maintenance and repair of complex computerized devices and circuitry typically achieved with 2 years experience with security systems is preferred.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

- Proven ability to analyze data from security tools to identify threats and implement effective remediation strategies.
- Strong scripting and automation skills for software deployment and endpoint management.

Seeking someone for a long term career with a growing company working on Alarm Systems, CCTV, and Electronics. COMMERCIAL LEVEL, not looking for residential alarm experience. The best fit candidates need to have a want to learn a specialized skillset.
SPECIFIC TECH
ALARM SYSTEMS: DMP 734 Module based (Digital Monitoring Products), Bosch, Honeywell
CCTV: Verint IP Cameras, Digital Watchdog, Open Eye, March, Clinton
Programming would be a plus but not a requirement. Higher pay rates with 3+ years of programming experience.
The technician will be on the service side with a 2/3 hour bubble of traveling around the technicians home address. They try to limit longer traveling but it will depend on customer needs and if they have people sick or out on leave there could be some extra travel in that case. Working hours are bank hours 9-5, M-F with the understanding that if a job is a hour away they'll need to travel before 9. Ideally the longest days would be leaving at 7 am and trying to get the tech home around 6 pm.

A security technician installs, maintains, tests, and repairs physical and digital security systems, including access control, video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, and computer network security tools.
