Job Duties

  • Responsible for maximizing the sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a specified territory to meet sales objectives.
  • Develop existing accounts and seek new business. 
  • Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of the entire sales process.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

This is a great opportunity to join a company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, as a remote Account Executive, focusing on the Florida market. The role allows you to work remotely, but candidates should be based locally in Florida or willing to relocate. You'll be part of a growing team offering cutting-edge low-voltage security and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling to "design and build" contacts and end-user customers in the commercial sector, particularly with a strong background in surveillance and access control system sales. This role is not focused on general contractor (GC) sales but instead targets large commercial end-users, such as Apple, Intel, and Google, who require security system installations and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial end-user sector through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with companies like Apple, Intel, and Google.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of security solutions, especially for commercial end-users.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth by focusing on the design and build contacts and direct end-users.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to effectively position solutions in the commercial sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the security industry, with a focus on hybrid physical/cloud surveillance and access control products (design, installation, and service). Experience selling to design and build contacts and commercial end-users is required.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of low-voltage security systems and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within large commercial enterprises.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Location: Based in South Florida or willing to relocate.

REQUIREMENTS


  • 7+ years in a field sales role, selling SaaS or in a related field.
  • Ability to work deals from beginning to end with experience prospecting and engaging clients on all levels.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge in the offerings, along with financial benefits and selling skills, that can be applied to opportunities across the offerings.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the sales processes, techniques, and tools. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, opportunity management, cost justification, solution benefit selling, and social selling.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the competition's offerings, strategies, and plans.
  • Effectively differentiate IntelePeer’s offerings from competitive alternatives and creates customer preference for IntelePeer’s offerings, based on that differentiation.
  • Effectively negotiate with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in successful closing of the sale.
  • Anticipate complex problems relating to offerings, customer sales engagements, and sales results.
  • Successful track record in building pipeline, growing account revenue as well as managing multiple sales-related activities daily.
  • Work well in a team matrix leveraging extended team resources and managing resources through each deal.
  • Engages, builds relationships, and works effectively with influencers to ensure their participation in the successful, cost-effective achievement of sales objectives.
  • Understand SaaS sales and sales of reoccurring revenue models.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on active listening, presentation, oral, and abstract reasoning.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and be adaptable to change.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Team player who is willing to go above and beyond to help others.
