Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting financial analyses and preparing reports.
- Overseeing general ledger functions and reconciliations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for budgeting and forecasting.
- Managing month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3-5 years experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and job costing activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor compliance processes.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts, tracking and reporting variances.
- Administer the company's 401(k) plan and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Support revenue recognition processes and ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Handle additional accounting and administrative tasks as required. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in construction accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll and tax compliance.
- Strong skills in sales tax management, journal entries, and general ledger operations.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and company revenue recognition.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
