**Summary**
The Art Director role is integral to elevating and activating the Freeman brand. Their work is focused on the conception, creation and oversight of production of a range of marketing communications and brand work, both internal- and external-facing. Experience with integrated marketing campaign development across multiple channels is essential. Reporting into the Executive Creative Director- Brand Marketing, this person will also collaborate directly with department leads, marketing managers and senior company executives to enhance Freeman's impact and amplify messaging.
This position supports our Marketing Team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Develop dynamic visual solutions - from concept to production - across a range of media that are aligned with the company's brand strategy and guidelines.
+ Provide creative oversight and direction as needed to other graphic design resources, both internal and external.
+ Work collaboratively and productively with internal colleagues across a range of business units and functions, as well as with external partners, as needed.
+ Present creative work clearly, succinctly, and compellingly.
+ Maintain scrupulously organized files and archives of completed work.
+ Maintain, update and share the brand guidelines and resources.
+ Prioritize work and manage time across a multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines.

+ Helpful additional skills include: data visualization, social media best practices, and simple illustration ability.
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years industry experience in a related field brand experience at a creative agency, corporate marketing environment or experiential design firm in applicable areas of brand design, visual design and articulating the audience experience.
+ A portfolio of previous work demonstrating self-produced art direction, graphic design and production skills.
+ Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; AfterEffects, Figma.
+ Experience using AI platforms to accelerate creative and other work.
+ Proficient knowledge of core Microsoft Office applications, in particular PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on details and accuracy.
