**Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Framing & Business Analysis**
+ Shape and scope key initiatives by defining problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics
+ Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses in collaboration to identify opportunities for topline expansion, seller productivity, and coverage optimization
+ Build strategic frameworks and financial models that link data insights to business decision
**Communication & Influence**
+ Develop compelling, executive-ready presentations that synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
+ Facilitate discussions across global stakeholders, promoting clarity, alignment, and shared accountability for results
+ Champion change management by driving engagement, adoption, and consistent execution of new models and processes
**Cross-Functional Alignment **
+ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Strategy, Analytics, and Operations partners to ensure GTM planning strategies are understood, adopted, and executed consistently within a global framework
+ Represent GTM Planning initiatives in executive forums, surfacing risks and opportunities and ensuring decisions connect to strategic priorities
+ Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to GTM leaders by translating insights into strategic recommendations
**To be successful in this role, you have:**
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
+ **Must have U.S Citizenship or permanent residency**
+ Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience modeling complex business scenarios and identifying levers for growth and productivity
+ Strong storytelling and communication skills; ability to synthesize and present insights to executive audiences
+ Experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue business models (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
+ A high degree of intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a bias toward action
+ 8+ years of experience of strategy, transformation, planning, or consulting within a global organization
