Description of Work
Responsible for prospect identification and evaluations for assigned geographic recruiting area. Gather and maintain research on prospective student-athletes. Create and execute a weekly recruiting plan in conjunction with department leadership. Assist with the coordination of official and unofficial visits for designated area prospects. Assist team leadership in strategic initiatives as it pertains to roster building and the impact of financial considerations .

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and one year work experience in athletics; football playing or student manager experience considered. Extensive football knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required. Demonstrates applied knowledge of emerging revenue-sharing frameworks and their legal, operational, and recruiting implications in the context of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) within Division I college football.
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in football recruiting or player personnel at the FBS level. Experience in opponent scouting. Playing experience at FBS level and professional level. Experience with ACS, ARMS, XO's, XO's Thunder Scout, Hudl, Teamworks, Microsoft Office, Visio, and Jump Forward. Experience using Pro Football Focus. Experience using Tableau Reader, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Photoshop.

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT approved pre-employment & random testing for alcohol and controlled substances.
