At Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, we are actively seeking top level, hands-on management candidates with a desire to grow into key leadership roles. As a Manager in Training, candidates will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the Store and the Company. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company
- Responsible for ensuring the customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service
- Scheduling service appointments and answering questions in person and on the telephone
- Consulting customers on their service needs and keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
- Providing the customer with a positive experience
- Ensuring our company's high level of expectations are met, maintained, and exceeded
- Involvement in every aspect of the store operation
- Communicating accurately to teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet our standards and those of our customers
- Ability to step in when necessary to take on additional duties
We are looking for:

- Automotive experience helpful but not required

**Qualifications**
+ Must have a Bachelors Degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
+ Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.

Logistic Management Specialist I or II (LMS I or II) will perform the following duties in accordance with ASRC Federal ISO certified processes under direct guidance from ASRC Federal Site Management personnel and others as assigned.
Location: 56 Freedom Lane USA Drive, Oxford, AL 36203
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $15- $6
Health & Welfare Fringe Benefit: 4.27/hr (as required by the SCA for the sole purpose of purchasing benefits.)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform Kind, Count and Condition (KCC) validation while processing receipts.
- Segregate, stage and deliver bench stock material from Central staging area to designated depot shop.
- Place bench stock material into bins or other storage locations as designated by site management.
- Perform a visual check inventory of all assigned bin locations at least twice a week and scan bins at or below the reorder point listed on the bin label.
- Make entries into computer via keyboard and scanners.
- Print and apply bar code labels to bins as required.
- Issue bench stock to maintenance personnel.
- Quickly route customer concerns to site management for resolution.
- Cross levels stock from one like bin in a storage location to another storage location to satisfy maintenance requirements.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, inventory, shipping/receiving or administration is required.
- Daily requirement to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Requires individual to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- May be required to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jack, delivery cart, etc., on a daily basis.
- Must understand and read basic instructions.
- May be required to wear hearing protection, safety goggles, and electrostatic dissipative (ESD) wristbands.
- Must be energetic and confident with sound practical judgement and good communications skills.

The Director, Health Information Management (HIM) is responsible for the overall development, management, and operational success of the HIM department. This role oversees key HIM functions, including Unbilled/Revenue Cycle, Master Patient Index (MPI), Medical Record Imaging and Chart Management, Forms, and Release of Information (ROI). The Director collaborates with the Facility Privacy Officer (FPO) to ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable State/Federal privacy regulations. This position establishes and enforces policies, ensures compliance with accrediting agencies, and supervises staff to maintain data quality, integrity, confidentiality, retention, and security of health information.
**Essential Functions**
+ Manages and oversees the Health Information Management (HIM) staff, ensuring compliance with Medical Staff Rules/Regulations and Bylaws, Joint Commission Standards (TJC), and applicable state and federal regulations.
+ Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures, reviewing and updating them regularly to maintain an effective and efficient HIM department.
+ Monitors and reports incomplete and delinquent medical records, ensuring timely completion and communicating findings to hospital leadership and appropriate committees.
+ Ensures the confidentiality and security of medical information in compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures.
+ Tracks, monitors, and reports HIM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Operative Reports, History and Physicals, Delinquency Rate, and Scanning Turnaround Time, and leads action plans for improvement.
+ Oversees the timely discharge record processing to guarantee prompt availability for continuity of care, chart completion, and coding processes.
+ Serves as the Facility Forms Committee chair or co-chair, ensuring the standardization and management of medical forms.
+ Improves staff performance through ongoing coaching, delegation, and feedback, ensuring quality and productivity expectations are met and regularly communicated.
+ Works collaboratively with physicians and other staff members to address issues affecting the HIM department and facility goals, developing and implementing workflow improvements based on data-driven insights.
+ Represents the HIM department in various hospital and Medical Staff meetings, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Complies with all policies and standards.
**Qualifications**
+ Associate Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
+ Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
+ 5-7 years of experience in health information management or related roles required
+ 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in Health Information Management required
+ 5-7 years of management or supervisory experience in Health Information Management preferred
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ In-depth knowledge of health information management principles, HIPAA regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
+ Proficiency in HIM systems and software, including electronic health record (EHR) systems.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement workflow improvements.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with physicians, staff, and hospital leadership.
+ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
**Licenses and Certifications**
+ RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician required or
+ RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator required
