Responsibilities

  • Develops, qualifies and captures leads and opportunities through prospecting via phone, Internet, and social media
  • Follows up on inbound leads to further qualify prospect interest
  • Creates opportunities within an assigned region through outbound activities
  • Partners with Sales Consultants in an assigned region in pursuit of driving revenue for the organization and promotion within the sales organization
  • Designs a steady flow of outbound communication to drive engagement
  • Maintains velocity to drive activity, prospective customer engagement and most important, top of funnel quality pipeline contribution
  • Builds rapport and cultivates relationships with a variety of team members
  • Demonstrates consultative sales approach by creating value-based engagements
  • Achieves quota with consistency
  • Drives to move the sales process forward with prospective customer and partners before handing over to the Sales Consultant
  • Responsible for arranging introductory meetings (physical and virtual) between the prospect and the Sales Consultant
  • Develops relationships with the Solution Provider community and Thrive to leverage relationships with the intent of contributing to pipeline growth
  • Collaborates with own team of inside sellers to share feedback and best practices

Requirements
  • 1-3 Years work experience - this is an entry level, early or second career position
  • Prior Software, Cybersecurity, or Technology Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience and enjoyment working in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customer
  • Devotion to sales development, achievement and driving career forward rapidly
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral, written and social media communication skills
  • Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills
  • The ability to work with a variety of internal groups
  • Solid technical aptitude and business acumen
  • Curious, positive, and aggressive attitude
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM

The Opportunity


Euna Solutions is actively seeking motivated candidates looking to kick start their career in software sales for the position of Business Development Representative (BDR).The BDR's role is to drive high-quality lead development at the top of the sales funnel through inbound and outbound prospecting activity. Business Development Representatives will support an Account Executive(s) within the procurement team. They are responsible for booking qualified meetings for Account Executives who will then take clients through the remainder of the sales cycle. Business Development plays a vital role within the sales cycle at Euna Solutions as they are the first impression our customer has and builds the foundation for future partnerships.


The Challenge


Duties and responsibilities

  • Prospecting by following up on inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting to new leads
  • Researching prospects and actively reaching out to potential customers through phone and email
  • Exhibit product knowledge by understanding and articulating Eunas value proposition to customers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to help understand and fill their pipeline with qualified leads
  • Secure qualified sales lead by engaging in conversations to understand customer goals and find alignment between Euna and customer needs
  • Achieve quota attainment for meeting held, meetings booked qualified sales leads

Qualifications

  • Relevant education or experience in a sales position, either in B2C or B2B capacity
  • Understanding of SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated persistence in past role/experience and not afraid to relentlessly follow up with prospects
  • Strong understanding that any no's are just getting you that much closer to yes
  • A track record of meeting goals and objectives that are set out for you
  • Inquisitive in nature and understand the importance of qualifying prospects
  • Confident and passionate when engaging with customers
  • Genuine relationship-builder and want to help other people solve their business problems
  • Drive for continuous improvement and provide examples of multiple times youve improved processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment & ambiguous environment
  • Experience with a CRM or Salesforce is advantageous

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our new Atlanta, GA office.
