Performs duties necessary to support the City Manager with budget, fixed assets, utility billing, financial transparency, and the other financial operations of the City. Duties include, but are not limited to, the preparation and analysis of financial reports and reporting; research; revenue and expenditure tracking and allocation; and trend and data analysis. Responsible for a variety of communication with the general public, board members, and city council to include but not limited to: collateral, data collection and analysis. 40%
Performs assigned duties necessary to initiate communication and strategies to conduct special projects and contract management (e.g., garbage, cell tower leases, electrical services, gas, etc.). Responsible for citizen, council and/or customer complaint resolution and requests for information and/or materials. 15%
