We are now hiring for openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. **Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Must have a minimum of one year experience in two or more of the following within the last 6 years:
+ Sales- commission sales strongly preferred or with set goals and/or bonus potential

+ Leadership role in the military or clubs/organizations

**Summary**
The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) project is a major long-term strategic investment in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage through process, innovation and technology reimagination and improvement. This program will be a significant undertaking for the business over the coming years as Perdue _raises a better future_ for its employees, partners and consumers through transformative changes across its business units.
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead who will help guide Perdue through this transformational change, gain buy-in and alignment from Perdue leaders, and establish a sustainable change strategy for the BPR project. A successful candidate will have previous experience managing and leading large change management programs with a system implementation component, have strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience of leading teams. This role will report to the VP, Business Process Reengineering, and work closely with the TMO's Organizational Change Management Lead.
The salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). **Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Lead the development, design, and execution of all workstream level change strategies across Learning, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, and Leader Alignment.
+ Collaborate with Workstream Leads across the BPR project.
+ Own and drive business specific change plans to ensure the journey is relevant and tailored to each business area/team impacted by the change.
+ Evaluate adoption across business areas impacted by the change and adjust change plans as needed.
+ Identify and manage all relevant stakeholder groups, build relationships and understanding in support of a more enhanced change experience.
+ Oversee Change Champion Network engagement and coordination to build momentum around the change.
+ Manage a team of Business Readiness Coordinators (BRCs), in support of the execution of the wider change effort.
+ Train and upskill team members in Change Management strategy to build additional capabilities within and across wider change team.
+ Provide a creative approach to developing, planning and executing innovative change strategies specifically tailored to meet the need of the business area impacted.
+ Build relationships and confidence to influence at a senior level, both inside and outside of the organization.
+ Analyze complex data to define the change impact and associated change interventions required in the change plan.
**Minimum Education and Experience**
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Engagement, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Human Resources, Leadership or other related area, and a minimum of 10 years managing change at scale, ideally within a large, complex and/or global company.
