The pay range for this position is $42,800 - $77,700 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. **What your day-to-day will be like:**
+ Lead the Team through day-to-day operations, as well as strategically guide the Revenue department to achieve Team and organizational goals
+ Accurately prepare Monthly and Weekly Forecasts (Day by Day) for all transient segments, group (based on feedback from Sales/Conference Services) and other business units if required, i.e. function space.

**How you will collaborate with others:**
+ As Revenue Director, you will analyze and present financial data that will help the Sales and Senior executive teams to make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general.
**What projects you will take ownership of:**
+ Prepare a market segment outlook and maintain on a daily basis by monitoring actual results versus forecast for plan achievement.

**You have these minimum qualifications:**
+ Seven (7) years of professional experience

+ You will collaborate with Lincoln's business units, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Capital Management, Tax, and others to prepare quarterly NAIC Risk-Based Capital (RBC) / free cash flow (FCF) forecasts and 5-year capital plans, including analytics for senior leadership.
+ You will assist in enterprise-wide capital stress testing, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling to help identify risk exposures and support recommendations to senior leadership.
