The Recruiter plays a strategic role in our company by sourcing, attracting and hiring top-performing talent who will drive our continued growth. The focus will be to recruit, attract and hire Account Managers and Mid-Level Managers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of the role, understand the business needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies, to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Understand Quantum’s current open requisitions and work with the team leaders to effectively recruit based on division and location requirements
  • Develop relationships with leaders to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute strategies to find quality candidates
  • Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations
  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives and identify key recruiting KPIs
  • Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
  • Write, proofread, and post job descriptions
  • Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
  • Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
  • Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
  • Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Interview candidates following the company's rules and regulations
  • Adhere to laws, rules, personal data privacy, and regulations
  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
