**Team:**
The Performance Measurement & Attribution (PMA) team is a member Global Accounting and Product Services (GAAPS) group within Technology & Operations. PMA is responsible for investment performance analysis, oversight, and attribution. The team engages with a diverse set of teams to develop, deliver and operationalize the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Performance Attribution. This includes assessment, design, build, and delivery of platform tools & methodologies to address a range of internal and external analytical needs.
Servicing the needs of the global client base, the demands for accurate, timely & insightful performance data is central to many of the organizational core objectives. Products covered are the spectrum of Mutual Funds, ETF's, segregated clients and investment asset classes including Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Equity and Alternatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with teams globally to present a consistent client experience catalyzing a common culture; lead attribution analysis as an authority!
+ Coordinate accurate and timely performance information across several fund groups while understanding the flow of information and data between the various groups and systems
+ Maintain efficient control procedures for gathering, analyzing and disclosing all operations related activities; ensure best practices
+ Support and complete various efficiency and capacity-building performance reporting initiatives, including automation/standardization efforts by using the full scope of BlackRock's technology platform
**Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; prior experience with business modeling techniques and/or attribution tools
+ Experience with performance tools and different fund ranges at external fund administrators a plus; SQL, Python, and VBA experience a plus.
+ Ability to work independently, show strong problem-solving acumen with high attention to detail, an able to synthesize information, summarize issues, and take initiative
+ Forward-thinking & project oriented; able to demonstrate initiative to undertake and complete projects
+ Strong interpersonal skills - both oral and written

A role on the Financial Planning and Analysis team means providing insight and guidance to support Target's strategic growth strategies and financial decisions. You'll deliver objective and financially-focused insights to the business owners and finance leaders. You will be a critically important resource for long-term and annual financial planning, analysis and drive cross-company initiatives.

As a Sr Analyst on Target's Market Research and Analysis team , you will assist and support for market analysis, strategic planning and location research for Target's new and existing store capital investment programs. You will partner closely across the Market Research, Finance, Properties-Real Estate, Operations, Stores and Merchandising teams to develop and communicate holistic market strategy, drawing on geographic, store and market insights. You will influence both new store location strategy and existing store reinvestment decisions geared towards driving market-based decision making. You will own store sales forecasting for locations across your unique set of markets, driving for accuracy while evaluating the importance of store location attributes; interpreting strategic tradeoffs, competitive positioning, site dynamics, market trends, demographic and economic indicators. You will leverage your excellent communication skills for presentations to Leadership across MRA, Properties, and FP&A. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve research methodologies, GIS systems, databases, demographics and analytical tools.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - must be proficient in PowerPoint and possess strong presentation skills
+ Excellent project management skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication, ability to interact effectively at leadership level

**Overview:**
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating and supporting partnership or acquisition opportunities, coordinating meetings, and assisting in the preparation of business cases and executive summaries all in support of the Health division at Wolters Kluwer, focusing on our Lippincott® Nursing solutions. This role involves conducting independent research, documenting findings, and supporting outbound prospecting efforts through various channels. The candidate will also provide support for ongoing partnerships as assigned. If needed, the candidate may also act as an integration manager for acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration of new assets into the existing portfolio. Additionally, the Business Analyst will manage a low penetrated accounts program through collaborating with sales, marketing, content, and thought leadership teams to help us drive sales through relationships and other strategies in difficult accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Work with business development leader to collaborate proactively with Health Learning leadership team to achieve business goals with a focus on partnership and acquisitions activities
+ Assist in Identifying, researching, and evaluating promising partnership or acquisition targets that align with Health Learning Practice identified priorities
+ Assist with outbound prospecting through a combination of channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events; including coordinating meetings with stakeholders
+ Track activities, maintain clear and detailed records and provide regular updates on progress to Health, Learning, Practice leadership
+ Assist in putting together business cases, PowerPoint decks for leadership, and executive summaries, including information for the three-year vision and strategy as needed
