Summary: Self-motivated, efficient, responsible multitasker to join our team. Education/Experience:

  7. Assist in management and training of other pharmacy technicians.
  8. Actively monitor that proper billing procedures are being implemented.

  11. Take directions and initiatives from Lead Central Technician and DOCO

Makes repairs or adjustments to equipment to return the equipment in working order.
Cleans and maintains equipment on location including exchanging decanters and cleaning brewers.
Documentation including verification of the closing calls, invoice completion, asset verification and any required customer documentation
Repairs and refurbishes equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
Ability to accurately collect work completed in company provided mobile device.
Maintains a good working relationship and liaison with customers to maintain a positive image of the company and product.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations.
Maintains service area and vehicle in a clean and organized condition. Follows company guidelines on safety and operates vehicle in a safe manner.
Completes weekly Driver Report and follows guidelines in the Fleet Manual.

Our Field Service Technicians experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology.
You will be responsible for installing both hardware and software for automated medication dispensing devices and then delivering education to the healthcare professionals within healthcare systems throughout the United States. This is a 100% per diem position. Regional, National and local Travel required. Due to the travel, the role requires open availability Monday through Friday. The position would involve working 28-32 hours per week as needed at each site location, plus travel time. Travel is during the business week and would see you home for the weekends.
**?Responsibilities:?**
+ Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices; installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
+ Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
+ Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration?
+ Troubleshooting networking or device issues as they arise during installations
+ Educate healthcare staff on utilization of the device and software solution
+ Occasional assignments for upgrades, preventative maintenance or Windows 7 to 10 migrations
+ Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
+ Per-diem position requiring travel and open flexibility?
**Experience Requirements and Preferences:?**
+ 3+ years' experience in field technician role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred
+ Minimum 1 year related technical experience required
+ Experience in the IT field, IT Help desk, biomedical, electronics field service, engineering, or pharmacy technician roles preferred
+ Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems
+ Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices?required
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience.

**Position Purpose:**
The Field Service Professional is a skilled technician, adept at performing a full range of equipment repairs on light repairs and maintains a variety of industrial equipment found within Home Depot and external customers' retail locations and manufacturing facilities, such as but not limited to paint shakers, carpet carousels, checkout stands, blind cutting machines, shopping carts, lifts, and more. The technician generally conducts maintenance and repairs in various locations within a reasonable radius of their home.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ 30% Administrative and Communication - Utilize company technology platform to document all work performed on equipment, including labor and parts Accurately maintain, report and store parts inventory Complete and organize tech stock replenishment into company vehicle Proactively communicate with business partners and leaders regarding customer needs, parts and servicing of equipment to provide excellent customer service Effectively communicate with customers regarding service requested and provided.
