Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
PAI offers ATM portfolio management services second to none. Our mission is to make the management of ATMs easy and efficient, and by extension, the access to cash for consumers reliable and within an arm's reach. PAI delivers tools and services for ATM portfolio owners & operators-retailers, financial institutions, and Independent ATM Deployers (IAD). The combination of our proprietary portfolio management tools with the services of our Vantage business delivers value in the form of increased performance at significantly lower unit costs.
PAI is looking to hire a Field Support Technician in the DFW area, to support our portfolio of ATMs primarily in TX, NM, & OK. This position includes working in all aspects of ATM operations, programing, assembly, repair, cash loading and installation. The individual will need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and have experience in one or more areas ATM service and/or cash operations. The person will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.
Hourly Rate: $25
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
+ Make on-site visits to locations to cash load, diagnose, repair, or install/remove/relocate ATM equipment
+ Program ATM's unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
+ Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
+ Support VTS Branches with cash loading ATMs
+ Implement and comply with Standard Operating Procedures associated with carrying / transporting cash
+ Engage with the customer to ensure high levels of customer service
+ Document activities within the PAI system
+ Guard and protect the assets of the employer
+ Other field and service work as business needs present themselves, within your scope of practice

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ At least 6 months experience in electronic or mechanical repair; ATM experience highly preferred
+ 21 years of age minimum
+ Compliance with all local and state firearm laws and either has obtained or capable of obtaining Texas DPS TOPS Level 3 certification.
+ Carry an approved firearm while performing the duties of an ATM Cash Loader
+ Clean driving record and a valid state of residence driver's license
+ Ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner
+ The ability to work away from home for extended periods of time including weekends.
+ Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality relating to sensitive information
+ Must be willing to work overtime, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays if needed
+ Willingness to work alone
COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel
+ Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This work is performed on the road at different locations. The working environment can be distracting due to noise. Constant moving up/down/around the job site area. Must have the ability to bend, reach over your head and to individually lift or move up to 300 lbs. assisted with a hand-dolly.
