**Job Duties**
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
+ Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
+ Maintain a service van and its inventory.
+ Process paperwork after completion of each job.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Less than 2 years related experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.

To operate our company vehicles,you must have a minimum of a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements as well as a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate allowing for operation in interstate commerce. **Don't have a CDL yet? **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers

**What You Will Do:**
To service and perform preventative maintenance as required for Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and other electro/mechanical equipment as may be sold or serviced by the branch.
+ Perform service and repair work as designated in profitable and proper manner. Record productive time versus travel time.
+ Perform preventive maintenance work in accordance with service program designated for specific customer.
+ Maintain accurately all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with established procedure.
+ Keep updated on all changes/modifications to Stanley equipment and Ansi156.10 standard as notified through published communications.
+ Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised.
+ Maintain company vehicles, tools, and other property in proper manner.

**What You Need To Succeed:**

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull-Time, Direct Hire, Field Service Engineers to support nationwide customers and will be based in AZ, OR, ID, OH, TX or NY. Interested candidate must be willing to travel to Japan 1-3 months after hire date to participate in a 2-year training program in Japan.
The Mission of Field Service Engineers is to install, modify and service complex high vacuum semiconductor equipment and systems, as well as evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve design issues related to such installations and servicing of products at all types of customer sites, as well as provide a wide range of basic-to-advanced technical assistance to customers and fellow employees.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, specific shifts will be determined after 2-year training in Japan.
Pay Rate: $38-$43 Hourly DOE
Principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Working from engineering drawings, schematics and technical manuals, performs hands-on field service duties at customer sites, i.e., on-site installations of systems, upgrades and retrofits; diagnosis, preventative maintenance and repairs of complex electronic and mechanical systems; debugging; etc. Working from final process results on customer product, can provide basic-to-advanced equipment troubleshooting; identification of equipment or process problems, as well as provide operational, maintenance and proper use training to customers and fellow employees on equipment.
- May recommend to customer, fellow employees and factory personnel, equipment modifications or improvements to methods and/or maintenance schedules to enhance the operation and performance of the equipment.
- In a timely manner, submits all necessary documentation, i.e., timesheets; expense reports; weekly update field service reports; etc. as dictated via company policies, procedures and practices. Adheres strictly to guidelines and instructions issued by management.
- Maintains technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills in order to be thoroughly knowledgeable in and capable of correcting problems concerned with the electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical assembly, drive mechanism, and software systems for all equipment. As required, may be instructed to take continuing education courses, seminars and in-house/OJT.
- Takes an active role in information training of less-experienced field service engineers.
- Act as key link to customer satisfaction by handling a wide variety of customer service problems, i.e., orders or complaints for installation, failures, investigations in service, solicitation of additional service, etc. in a manner which will enhance service and equipment reputation, as well as develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and improved customer relations.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or prior technical Military experience
- Semiconductor equipment Field Service Engineer experience
- Experience troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing semiconductor equipment
- Ability to travel as needed.
- This position requires eligibility to work in the US without visa/work sponsorship.
