**Job Title: Sprinkler Sales Representative**
The primary function of this role is to professionally represent the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of fire sprinkler offerings to various General Contractor customers and end users within an assigned territory. This will also include estimating and quoting fire sprinkler systems for commercial, institutional and industrial facilities in the ability to build new business associations / relationships by developing a positive ongoing relationship with customers. Will establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of new construction and service work by scheduling sales calls, follow up with leads, and utilize marketing strategies. **Essential Duties / Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the identification, selection, and development of new and existing customer accounts.
+ Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times.
+ Ensure contractual obligations are met and actively participate in quickly resolving customer problems.

Our rapidly growing company is in need of a talented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the tip of the spear in our efforts to find, attract, and close new customers.
This individual will be responsible for selling new inspection contracts for fire sprinklers, fire alarms, backflow preventers, fire extinguishers, kitchen hood and special hazard systems by identifying prospects, cold calling when necessary, and planning and organizing sales activities.

Here are some of the tasks you will complete here:
- We like to make sure all Guests are greeted with a warm welcome and a smile! After all, we are known for delivering exceptional Customer Service!
- Operating the cash register in an efficient manner
- Ability to adjust to whatever's thrown your way, the environment here is fast paced (no 2 days are alike, that's what keeps it fun)
- Brewing coffee, stocking shelves, coolers, and freezers

Requirements:
Minimum Education: N/A
Preferred Education: High School or GED
Minimum Experience: N/A
Preferred Experience: 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant
Preferred Licenses/ Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory
Soft Skills:
- Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members

- Team oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others

Scheduling: This position may be available as a part time or full-time role and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as EG America locations can be open 24 hours depending on the store. Weekend & Holiday hours are required.
Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours), Full-time (30-40 hours)
Travel: 5%. May be asked to work in other nearby stores occasionally.
Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
