**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
**The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in the designated departments and areas of our customerâ?s plants to ensure that our team is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory agency, customer, and company policies and procedures. Job duties include:**
+ Responsible for the daily supervision and management of sanitors for specific areas and departments at our customersâ? facilities.
+ The positionâ?s primary duty involves customary and regular direction of the work of the sanitors. While the Site Supervisor may at peak times (e.g., start-up and pre-op) utilize their independent judgment and discretion to assist the sanitation laborers, the Site Supervisorâ?s primary duty does not involve the performance of manual labor.
+ Apportion work assignments among the sanitation lead persons and sanitors.
+ Ensure sanitors work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with governmental, customer, and company policies and procedures.
+ Evaluate sanitors for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status.
+ Ensure that the sanitation team complies with all internal company procedures and policies, including Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and general customer service.
+ Ensure compliance with the procedures set forth in the Team Member Handbook,
+ Safety Handbook, and Cleaning Procedures.
+ Assist Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager implement training programs including safety training and ERP.
+ Report and investigate all accidents.

**YOUR MUST HAVES:**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ 6 or more months of sanitation experience.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
+ Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout
+ Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget
+ Participate in the proposal meeting with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees
+ Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors
+ Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule
+ Work with Project Superintendent to develop and review subcontractor scopes of work/contracts, project schedule, and site logistics plan
+ Lead preconstruction planning meetings with all designers, subcontractors and vendors aimed at solving potential constructability, sequencing, and/or manpower issues
+ Lead weekly/bi-weekly OAC meetings on-site once construction begins to review progress and address challenges directly with client
+ Track and manage project performance vs budget; prepare owner pay applications, cost status, and progress billing reports
+ Most importantly.find a way to make the construction process FUN for your clients, subcontractors, and vendors without sacrificing on QUALITY or SAFETY!
**NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS**
+ BS in Engineering or related field
+ 2-5 years of construction management or engineering design experience
+ Previous experience leading ground up commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment construction projects is preferred
+ Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project

The Project Manager provides the overall leadership for the execution of successful outcomes on Commercial Construction projects. The Project Manager leads the project team with a focus on the customer, utilizing open communication, setting clear direction, and establishing high levels of expectations.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase
- Read and Interpret Construction Plans and Specifications
- Mentor less experienced Project Management staff on the daily duties required to effectively manage a construction project
- Work with your Team's existing Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to establish long-term relationships to identify and obtain future project opportunities
- Oversee the Subcontractor and Vendor procurement by supervising the completion of buyout, scope of work review, contract writing, insurance and bonding reviews, etc.
- Guide the research and recommendation of resolutions to drawing interpretation problems, conflicts and errors
- Manage the Team that processes all Submittals, RFI's, Change Order Proposals, Owner Billings, Time Sheet Management, Subcontractor/Vendor Billings, Monthly Reports, etc.
- Ensure the preparation of timely Owner Billings via the verification of work-in-place quantities/billings from Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Verify the production of accurate monthly cost projections which forecast total estimated costs at completion
- Oversight of the creation and monitoring of Project Schedules and production of progress updates
- Bachelor's degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered
- 5+ years experience managing commercial/industrial projects from start to finish
- Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods including CSP and JOC Experience
- Strong financial management skills and the ability to independently manage all aspects of a project from start to finish
