What does this position entail?
Responsible for the overall supervision of daily operations and personnel at a designated local site, overseeing all roles and functions within that location. Acts as the primary liaison between site staff and the CCK leadership team, supporting the implementation of practice objectives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role plays a key part in the ongoing evaluation and optimization of site workflows to maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance. Adheres to and promotes the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
ResponsibilitiesThe essential duties and responsibilities of this position are:

Supervise all roles and functions of the site.
Maintain regular and proactive communication with management to provide updates on site operations, highlight challenges, and share areas of success.
Supervise and assist in onboarding and training of new staff members, delegating appropriate training tasks.
Ensure team compliance with all relevant practice and Network policies and procedures including but not limited to OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Serve as a liaison when needed between staff and patients, and staff and other departments to facilitate clear and timely communication as needed; escalate to the appropriate member of leadership team if there are issues or concerns that require decision making beyond daily operations.
Direct any concerns or communications involving providers to a member of the leadership team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the oversight of the program-related functions to ensure adherence to The Salvation Army's guidelines and procedures.
- Responsible for the operation and implementation of all established rules and policies.
- Supervises all case management activities at Next Step.
- Supervises the provision of emergency assistance services to the residence programs.
- Maintain a safe and secure building by assisting in all security, safety, and resident related matters.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that efficient systems are in place, staff is properly trained, and revenue and cost effectiveness are maximized.
