POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Integration & Repair, LLC (AIR) has a dynamic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance and logistics operations at a designated Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) site, ensuring high-quality MRO services for Navy aviation support equipment. The Site Supervisor will manage site personnel, coordinate with Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs), and ensure compliance with Navy standards. Be prepared for potential OCONUS travel to support task orders.

  • Oversee and manage daily operations at designated FRCASE work locations.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager and support the Program Manager in executing maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistics (MROL) services for Aviation Support Equipment (SE).
  • Supervise contractor personnel performing SE re-work, ensuring compliance with workload standards, government IT system compatibility, security protocols (e.g., CAC/PKI, OPSEC), quality assurance requirements, and environmental and safety standards (e.g., PPE use, FOD prevention).
  • Coordinate with site leads at locations without a designated supervisor.
  • Participate in weekly production and supply meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Must be U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Associate's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline relevant to aviation support equipment maintenance and logistics; or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree).
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles within a defense or aviation support environment, with hands-on expertise overseeing MROL or similar operations and at least 2 consecutive years managing teams in a performance-based contract setting, ensuring compliance with DoD and NAVAIR standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assists with the oversight of the program-related functions to ensure adherence to The Salvation Army's guidelines and procedures.
  2. Responsible for the operation and implementation of all established rules and policies.
  3. Supervises all case management activities at Next Step.
  4. Supervises the provision of emergency assistance services to the residence programs.
  5. Maintain a safe and secure building by assisting in all security, safety, and resident related matters.

  23. Develops and maintains a community referral list for the services including community resources, organizations, agencies and the continuum of care as needed.
  24. Provides general support to the Program Administrator and other management personnel.
  25. Coordinates with the Program Administrator the process of assistance reports.
  26. Assists with personnel related paperwork, processes workers' compensation claims in conjunction with the Program Administrator and HR Contact.
  27. Coordinates support program volunteers and interns
  28. Coordinates with Chaplain for onsite spiritual services, including spiritual assessments, weekly chapels and daily devotionals.
  29. Acts as a liaison between The Salvation Army and community partners; such as probation officers, judges and community recovery/treatment programs.
  30. Works with Facilities Administrator to ensure property is kept in good order. That preventative maintenance is being accomplished and repair needs are being communicated in a timely fashion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

  4. Minimum two (2) years Secretary/Administrative experience
  5. Minimum one (1) year social service experience preferred

  • Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.

  • Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.

  • Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.

  • Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.

  • Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.

  • Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.

  • As assigned, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws, carries out supervisory duties that can include some or all of the following: interviewing, orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and, making hiring and termination recommendations.

  • May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Overview SOSi is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team overseeing the Linguists in support of our customer. Essential Job Duties Be the main liaison between SOSi Headquarters Program Management Office (PMO), SOSi personnel, and government officials. Serve as SOSi's authorized representative for technical and administrative performance of all services require by the Field Division, District, Regional, or post of duty office they support. Be the single point of contact (POC) for the assigned location through which all government engagement and communications shall be conducted. Fulfill all the functions and duties described herein for Analytic Linguists. Effectively and efficiently plan and organize the various duties. Assign Linguists to monitor real-time oral telecommunications and/or written communication intercepts. Assign Linguists to transcribe, translate, and validate completed work. Be accountable for daily work assignments and products. Ensure that the Contractor's QC Plan is implemented and fully operational. Ensure that each Linguist completes their work assignments(s) prior to the end of their shift. Oversee daily activity to ensure that all tasks are being properly executed. Maintain records of work production, evidence control, and other administrative records as required by DEA. Prepare and present to SOSi, the COR, or his /her designee, a quarterly schedule detailing adequate manpower coverage for each shift for the forthcoming quarter. Maintain time and attendance records for all Contract personnel. Monitor, recording, translating, transcribing, and synopsizing content of real-time oral and/or written communication. Transcribe from storage media, including but not limited to audio cassettes, video cassettes or other digital media and typing in both the required foreign language and English. Prepare typed English translations and /or transcriptions from other source media. Perform QC review(s) of completed work. Validate the accuracy of completed translations and transcriptions. Appear in court when subpoenaed to testify. Interpreting oral and/or written conversations, concurrently and/or simultaneously. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree with a major in Spanish from an English-speaking college or university or bachelor's degree with a major in English from a Spanish-speaking college or university OR a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Five years of supervisory experience that demonstrates oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and administrative management skills. Must have experience that demonstrates an ability to effectively manage people and resources to satisfy project objectives and ensure completion of assigned tasks. Must have excellent command of the English language and the ability to provide clear, concise, oral, and written communications. Must possess the skills necessary to listen and comprehend a foreign language with native or near-native ability, and to follow accurately the basic elements of conversation, whether written or verbal. Must possess the skills necessary to read and comprehend foreign languages with a native or near-native ability and to read and understand various text-types.
