- Adhere to guest service requirement listed above.
- Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.

- Responsible for oversight and coordination of Facilities directed, property-wide projects, which includes but is not limited to:
- Management Business Objectives (MBOs) and Business Plans
- Facilities and Design & Construction contracts
- Property preventative maintenance program
- Guest service initiatives, such as committee oversight, support of training initiatives, auditing methods, etc.
- Property-wide and cross-departmental meetings
- Construction projects – as a liaison, providing support to the Facilities Director, Corporate Construction and Corporate and Property Operations Teams
- Leased outlets oversight – as a liaison between the outlet managers/personnel and property management/personnel
- Quality control initiatives, such as facility walkthroughs, safety program participation, etc.Develop and complete tracking / reporting requirements relevant to the areas mentioned above and others as assigned.
- Remain up-to-date on progressive and innovative business, management and service-industry practices. Provide recommendations on modifying existing practices at Ameristar Casino Kansas City to improve advantage over market competitors.
- Perform related duties as assigned by the Facilities Director.
- Be courteous, fair, prompt and professional in all business related activities.
- Develop and maintain specifications to ensure company standards are met.
- Represent the company at Community Events and Property Functions.
- Participate in inspections, operations planning, and strategy sessions.
- Review operations and make recommendations to the Facilities Director.
Skills and Qualifications :
- College degree with a concentration in Construction or related field, plus five years experience in a Facilities position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have the ability to function independently within the parameters of Pinnacle Entertainment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication required, with superior administrative skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, with experience using Microsoft Access and project management software preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills are essential.
- Possess good human relation’s skills.

Perform extensive, detailed water testing & analyses.
Troubleshoot water treatment and control equipment.

Conduct regular meetings with all client stakeholders.
Write and present quarterly Business Reviews.

This role leads a diverse team of professionals supporting mission command training operations and provides on-site leadership to ensure successful execution of training and technical missions.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage all Northrop Grumman and subcontractor personnel at the site performing under the Task Order (TO).

**Key Responsibilities**
Responsible for updating and completing the Construction Execution Plan.
Reviews and refines the plan as the project progresses.
Directs overall construction effort including coordination of erection activities, suppliers, direct hire craft labor, subcontractors, startup and testing activities, and the owner.
Directs implementation of the Construction Processes and Procedures Manual (CPPM) and insures requests for deviations are submitted when necessary.
Manages overall construction and startup cost to meet established budgets.
Reviews, analyzes, and reports monthly on project construction budget, schedule, and quality performance and takes appropriate action to return the project to plan.
Directs implementation of established project controls processes and procedures including Installation Work Packaging (IWP) through Package Manager software tool.
Coordinates with leadership to negotiate and implement appropriate labor agreements.
Establishes and maintains relationships and develops a high level of trust and credibility with clients, owners, alliance partners, craft labor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Leads the site management team.
Directs implementation of project construction Safety & Health and Loss Control procedures and is responsible for ensuring that the project meets the agreed safety targets.
Directs implementation of project quality assurance procedures and is responsible for ensuring that the established level of quality is achieved.
Directs implementation of project commissioning and testing plan and is responsible for ensuring that the necessary resources are provided to commissioning.
Directs implementation of site materials management procedures.
Approves field purchases, equipment rentals, extra work authorizations, subcontractor progress and final payments, B&V professional time sheets, and B&V professional expense reimbursements.
Directs change order management for subcontracts.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years experienceon similar projects in construction management role with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager.
No degree required with 15+ years experience with 5+ years in aconstruction management role on smaller projects or 3 years as a Site Manager.
