Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates the on-site construction activities for the assigned subdivisions, located initially near the Sarasota submarket. Monitors the completion of each construction phase through coordination, scheduling, and inspection of each home. Ensures quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in accordance with Company goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in budgeting time requirements to complete each phase of construction and meet deadlines by scheduling subcontractor work and deliveries; coordinating and monitoring progress of work; completion and closing dates.
- Acts as liaisons between operations, subcontractors, and vendors; supervises and monitors work of subcontractors; provides follow up to ensure completion of work and accurate, timely deliveries.
- Reviews, on a daily basis, the production of homes via inspections during various construction phases to ensure quality control; monitors progress including delivery and use of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
- Reviews and analyzes site plans and blueprints in order to monitor and ensure compliance with plan specifications.
- Conducts pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with home buyer; resolves customer service issues and production problems during construction phase to maintain customer satisfaction; completes finishing and warranty work as required.
- Assists in the control of production costs through review and approval of time sheets, production and service invoices, delivery, and inspection sheets. Confers with appropriate individuals to monitor and track costs to avoid overruns.
- Provides and applies appropriate training methods and standards to subordinates and subcontractors; monitors and enforces safety and Company policy compliance.
- Directly supervises subordinates and assists in the supervision of subcontractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Education Experience:
High school graduate with at least one year of relevant course study including workshops and seminars in construction management techniques combined with at least four years or related experience; related supervisory experience; and a good knowledge and understanding of the home building industry within scope of building codes, blueprints, regulations, and construction process.
Skills and Abilities:
Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously. Decisiveness, decision-making and problem-solving abilities to select among alternative courses of action within budget limitations. Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside the organization. Knowledge of BuildPro/SupplyPro is preferred.
Work Conditions:
Exposure to undesirable environmental conditions as well as some health and safety risks. Appropriate equipment and precautions required. Travel demands which require possession of a valid driver's license.

Directly responsible for all financial aspects of the Project.

**Job Description**
Summary:
The Project Manager leads multiple transfer of work, engineering, and industrialization projects. It is responsible for technical process compliance, schedule, non-recurring costs, manage technical risks, and adherence to project milestones.
This role will lead a cross-functional project team of engineers and business partners across several different departments, prioritizing and communicating issues to the different stakeholders including upper management and coordinating functions.
This position is expected to manage multiple concurrent project, tasks, and group of activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effective project communication to engineering team, engineering management, program management, and customers (technical and business aspects).
- Organize and lead technical decision-making process within projects, ensuring that technical decisions made in the project are compatible with Program/Project objectives.
- Estimation, planning, coordination, and tracking of project work (plan vs. work delivered)
- Ensure the adherence to the Safran method and standards for project management process
- Identify resource requirements and maintain the project plan in line with assigned resources
- Ensure projects are delivered to financial targets for Non-Recurring Costs (NRC).
- Build business cases, ROI, and project value estimated reports
- Ensure that technical decisions are coherent with the Recurring Costs (RC) targets
- Ensure project deliverables are delivered to the agreed timescale
- Manage technical risks (identification, quotation, mitigation, escalation)
- Provide necessary KPI's to the different business partners to monitor the performance of each project under his/her supervision
- Ensure compliance with Airworthiness requirements
- Deliver definition of and adherence to project milestones, both external and internal
- Manage the system configuration at program level and with customers
- Request technical audits when necessary
- Ensure project considers Design to Industrialization and Manufacturability
- Acts as project liaison with the different stakeholders and responsible for identifying, tracking, and resolving all technical issues as they arise.
- Must be capable of working with little or no supervision, and brief other company departments/disciplines on product details and project status.
- Other duties outside of this summary may be assigned as required by the hierarchical manager or assigned manager/sponsor.
