To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Gathers and carries containers from convenience site customers and dumps refuse from containers into appropriate bins.
Gathers separated recycling materials and dumps them into appropriate recycling bins at the convenience site.
Assists in loading, unloading and cleaning garbage truck at the convenience site as necessary.
Starts hoisting device that raises refuse bin attached to rear of truck as necessary.
Performs other duties as directed at the convenience site.

As a Site Construction Surveyor, you will perform construction stakeout, topography, as-built, and control surveys for various site features. You will utilize AutoCAD and Trimble GPS to extract and manage stakeout points from digital base maps and construction drawings. Your role will involve interpreting engineering plans and translating them into accurate field layouts, while setting up and operating surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and data collectors. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Responsible for all job site scheduling; equipment, manpower, subcontractors, etc.
- Confirm quality of subcontractors and Keller work throughout building process
- Monitor and assure crews and contractors are meeting the scheduled deadlines and performing work according to the plan details
- Maintain a safe jobsite
- Schedule and document all owner/contractor meetings
- Lead jobsite & preconstruction meetings
- Handle on job problems as they arise
- Perform manual labor as part of the crew when needed
Position Qualifications
- Project Management or Safety Training (Preferred)
- Associates Degree in Construction Management
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management (Preferred)
- 5-10 years of commercial construction building (Preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50lbs ground to shoulder, 80lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to travel as needed
- Knowledge of pre-engineered metal buildings
- Must have a valid drivers license
