- Follow-up on outstanding resident receivables (A/R) through a variety of methods.

- Prepare, review and send resident statements and collection letters.
- Participate in monthly or quarterly AR reviews with the community teams, providing information on nonpayment of private balances.

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Providing emotional support and assisting patients with basic needs such as dietary intake, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors.
- Assist nursing staff in carrying out routine checkups on patients by examining their temperature, blood pressure, and sugar level for normalcy, and work towards stabilizing them when they are above the normal standard.
- Answering patient calls.
- Examining patients for bruises and other injuries/wounds.
- Turning or repositioning patients who are bedridden.
- Remove objects that could obstruct movement or cause injuries in the event of an accident.

Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of roughly 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Work from home eligible after 90 days of employment.
Wage: $25.48 hourly with a $2,000 base wage increase at 6 months
Job Summary: This position is responsible for full cycle recruitment in a high volume environment. Primarily this position will focus on conducting interviews, sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates across various departments.Essential Job Duties:
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
- Extending offers and coordinate start dates for candidates
- Determining the right fit for the candidates based on KSAO
- Providing guidance and support to hiring manager on recruitment best practices
- Coordinating and schedule interview with hiring managers and candidates
- Consulting with organizational leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for their respective positions
- Creating and analyzing weekly recruiting reports to further support department initiatives
- Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
- Attending job fairs, campus events and other networking opportunities
- Attracting quality candidates by creative sourcing methods
- Maintaining candidate database and manage applicant tracking system
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting/HR
- Proficiency in spoken and written English communication
- Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check
- Successful clearance of Motor Vehicle Background Check and acceptable driving record per Company Policy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred degree in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
