Possess a thorough understanding of current laws and legislation, enforcing recruiting procedures with hiring managers, partner agencies, and applicants to ensure fair and respectful treatment of all candidates. Associate's degree in a Human Resources or related field, and/or minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a multi-location organization, with expertise in full cycle recruiting. Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP guidelines. Proven experience in recruiting across multi-state, multi-office organizations. Preferred Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. Two or more years of recruitment experience within the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with expertise in consultation, customer relationship management, and team leadership. Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently and take initiative.
