Job Description
As a Skilled Tradesman, you provide a variety of restoration and disaster recovery services when sub-contractors aren't an option, ensuring quality workmanship on projects for First Onsite clients. You assist with administrative tasks such as daily field reports, crew sheets, and tracking expenses for projects, but you also provide the physical labor to get things done - from painting to installing, taping, and texturing drywall to installing both interior and exterior finishes. You are the muscle for building, construction, and demolition sites and may even participate in mitigation activities, such as water extraction, mold remediation, emergency board-ups, or tarping roofs. Whether loading/unloading materials, machinery, and tools or cleaning and preparing, you maintain safety at all times and adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols.
You don't hesitate to help the team wherever and whenever you're needed as you are willing to travel and are available for emergency/after-hours/weekend calls. You are providing a positive experience to clients during their time of need, and your hard work provides reassurance that First Onsite is the only restoration partner they'll ever need. QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum:
- Basic computer skills - MS, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook (Emails)
- Basic ability to operate industry specific tools and equipment
- Intermediate ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
- Must possess a basic set of tools
- Ability to obtain Water Mitigation Certificate within one year
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Must manage working in a busy, service-oriented team under stress to meet deadlines, deal with competing priorities, and demanding service requirements
- Must be able to work overtime, on weekends and able to respond 24/7
- May attend disaster sites and be near hazardous environments and conditions. Travel may be required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Finish surgical instruments under a microscope using trade skills such as filing, bending, polishing, and other advanced metalworking techniques to consistently meet or exceed the established quality standards for form, fit, and function
- Shape forceps tips using files and polishing wheels to match the master samples
- Use of measurement tools, including calipers, micrometer, and various gauges, to accurately adhere to tolerances as low as +/-.002"
- Read blueprints and technical drawings
- Collaborate with coworkers, including QC, Product Management/Planning, Engineering, and Packaging Departments
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of outputs, scrap, and
- Accept and rework rejections from Quality Control

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts relating to fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent general knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software, including an expert level in Microsoft Excel. Excellent knowledge of the SAP MRP system is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Visual Basic and Access is a plus. Ability to conduct thorough Internet research.

Responsibilities:
- Supervises direct nursing care and services for their assigned shift.
- Administers direct nursing care when more than routine care is indicated.
- Makes routine rounds to ensure proper care and maintain a safe, clean resident environment.
- Oversees the accuracy and completion of clinical documentation per FV policy and State and Federal regulations.
- Participates in staffing, scheduling, counseling, and nursing staff orientation.
- Participates in family/resident counseling.
- Assists with implementation and evaluation of quality of care, including ongoing auditing of Quality Indicators.
- Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers to assure appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Current nursing license.
- Three years of nursing management experience in senior care preferred.
- Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing.
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experienced with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment that promotes inclusiveness and communication among team members.
