Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Application Developer  to design and code functional programs and applications. You will work as a part of a team of experienced software engineers and domain experts.

Neuralog uses a variety of software development tools including Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and Microsoft DevOps.  Our applications are built to run on both current and legacy Windows operating systems. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems as well as understanding of Microsoft Foundation Class.  A strong knowledge of C, C++ and C# programming language is needed.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced coder with an analytical mindset and an eye for detail.  This individual will be productive working independently with little supervision but will also be able to be part of a collaborative team.  This person will be comfortable using a Task/Bug Tracking system such as that found in DevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Understand application requirements and how they translate into coded features

  • Write high quality source code to program application features within deadlines

  • Perform unit and integration testing before delivering to software team for formal testing

  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing along with software testing team member

  • Collaborate with development team to set specifications for current and new applications

Requirements

+ Performs database design - including table and index design, database normalization and de-normalization, stored procedure and view creation

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Computer Science or related field preferred
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following technologies areas: C# .Net / Visual Studio, JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX, Ruby on Rails, ASP .Net / HTML /HTML5 / CSS, SQL Server/Oracle/My SQL, Java, Spring/Spring Boot. Technical certifications are a plus
+ Experience with design methodologies such as Object Oriented & Model-driven Architecture. Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying modular, cloud-based systems
+ Knowledge and experience with complex business processes such as equity plans, human resources, energy management, procurement and/or healthcare management is a plus
+ Ability to identify and analyze technical challenges and impacts
+ Proficiency working within defined project milestones and budgets
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex technical issues and material to others
+ Must be flexible and able to work in different areas of scope to the job
+ Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines

We are looking for a Power Platform/Full Stack Developer who possesses a deep understanding of the Power Platform, specifically Power Pages, to design, develop, and implement business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex business requirements into efficient and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Power Platform Applications, customized forms, custom workflows using Power Automate for SharePoint Online.
  • Develop client side code for web applications using HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript Libraries, CSS, and other technologies
  • Leverage web services to access data from other systems Design, write, unit test, and document application code.
  • Use in-depth understanding of the Power Platform to solve technical and business problems
  • Read and interpret documentation such as requirements definitions, User Stories, technical articles and procedure manuals
  • Write clear, concise reports, requirements definitions, User Stories, detailed design documents, and online correspondence with client etc.
  • Provide critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong JavaScript and jQuery required , HTML, CSS, and Azure (IaaS experience)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience crafting wireframe graphic designs into production Web Interface code
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Platform development; including writing customized code in Power Automate
  • Experience in Rest Web Services
  • US Citizenship required with the ability to pass a government background check
